Hi! According to my astrologist, I am a Super Leo, because of where my sun was poised at the time of my birth, and how it lies in relation to the rest of my planets. Can't remember the details cuz it's been over two years since I had the reading, and it was over the phone. I have a fixed star in my chart......Regulus.....what is termed the "KingMaker Star". I also have my moon in Cancer and Pisces Rising. I'd appreciate anyone elses input. My birth data is: Born: August 22, 1957, 8:17 p.m. in West Hartford, CT. I was also born during the Balsamic stage of the moon.......

What is funny, is they just don't get it!

i wanted to pass on a recent experience i had.

my mother passed away a few months ago.

the funeral was poised to be a sensitive issue since, when i left the truth 4 years ago, none of my children (all adults and still active in their faith) have spoken to me.

I remember my mom telling me that the presiding overseer, who was a friend for many years, and for whom I worked for 16 years, told her not to talk to me because "how will she ever learn what she did was wrong?" Well, PHHHHTTTTT to that! First of all, what I did was not wrong for me. Second of all, going back to what you said, that is exactly the wrong thing to do to try to make me "heel". I would rebel on sheer principle. My mom has not given up hope yet. It has been over three years, and she asked me if I'd gone to the memorial this year. I said, no. She then said: "you'll feel better if you go." I said, "I am feeling better emotionally, and mentally than I have for years. I feel crappy because I've put 70 lbs on!" I need to lose weight, not go back to the concentration camp! LOL!

Totally happy in your marriage?

how many of you are totally, incredibly happy in your marriage?

how many of you feel that your spouse is your absolute soul mate and you couldn't even imagine your being married somebody else?

talking with the women at work, i'm surprised at how many are not totally happy.

After reading everyone else's I'd like to share a couple of other things......my guy called me up today at work, "just to tell you I love you". We call each other all the time, just to say hi and check on how each other's days are going. He told me the other night I was the most beautiful woman he'd ever known, and he's been with alot of them. He's lived a hard life of drugs abuse and alcohol, but he said the first time he saw me at a twelve step meeting with a feather in my hair (I'm part native american) he fell for me! He says I'm super intelligent, sexy and funny and loves my eyes the most. He is wonderful, crazy and funny, with a wonderful sense of humor. Also very very intelligent. We fight and laugh and see who makes the louder noise with our body functions....he gets squeamish sometimes about "that lady stuff, keep it to yourself, men don't want to know what women do in the bathroom!" but he's coming around. He was a bachelor for 41 years, and he says he's grown as a man more in the year we've been together than ever in his life....ladies how can you NOT love a man who says those charming things? Then, there are days when I tell him he is absolutely full of shit and he laughs and we talk about what's bothering him. He's such a gift to me after my first marriage where we didn't click at all. I love him.

LD, I was married in the borg for twenty years. I was very very unhappy. I have been divorced for 3 years now and got to be happy single. Now I am living with someone who I have been with for over a year and we are very happy, although we have our problems. What makes it great between us is that there is a natural "connection", without having to work at it, we both seem to be able to say and do the right things that make each other content and easy to get along with. However, I do think that there are some people who are happier single, for whatever reasons. Hope that helps!

joe anderson thought you'd like to know what caused him to be invited to attend a judicial hearing held in his honor.

fyi, joe sent a copy of his resignation letter to two governing body members, dan sydlik and jack barr, men who joe and barbara were quite friendly with.

he thought that since so much time had passed since barbara's appeal letter was given to the local elders and nothing was happening to bill bowen or barbara, that maybe these gb members were holding things up because of receiving his letter and giving more thought to the whole issue.

Pardon the exercise of my freedom of speech right now, but having been denied the privilege so long (25 years) in the borg, I use the following words with GREAT relish! Goddamn pantywaisted pussy whipped freaking elders!! It just continues to amaze me (though I don't know why) how "controlled" we were in the borg. Perhaps the true reason is that I was so blinded while in that I just couldn't see it. I'm sorry if I've offended anyone, but I just HAD to sound off!!

has anyone seen or heard of any letters going out from headquarters to the body of elders directing them to inform the congregations not to watch dateline?

i was wondering if this is really true or just a rumor.

if it is true, this is terrible that they can actually deny members freedom of press or punishment.

I've gone it basically alone these past three years, although my mom, even though she is a JDub has been very supportive. No one else was though, and one of the elders in the cong. told her to stop talking with me because how would I ever learn to be sorry for what I did and come back? FUCK that! I will never go back....ESPECIALLY because of that LOVING comment of his. He abused me emotionally for years when I worked for him the fucker and he can go hang from a tree by his balls for all I care!
