i'm seeing tons of comments from sad jws on my facebook feed saying that the beloved golden calf jw.org is offline.. what are you seeing when you try it?

Yep... Browser tells me it is somehow making a "loop" which probably indicates that someone made a big programming mistake :P

all things are made of the same materials etc so humans will always be fused with the universe in life and death because those building blocks are eternal.

I am sorry but your theory lacks some important points: matter (on atomical levels) are all under decay. Sure... The elements of an atom may stay eternally but an atom itself doesn't.

Also... The fact that this process occurs does not prove anything about the existance of anyone (though I still am a Deist)... It just proves it is all very smart! I think humans need to stop looking for what "might" be... And focus on what "Is". Since if we fuck up what "Is" will definitely bring a less brighter future of what "might be".

I have gay friends, event went to a gaybar with a JW (who was gay). i am no gay at all.. i was really uncomfortible in it (wanted to smash a guys head in because he came close at that time). I have learned that they are just normal people. It is still not my thing but hey... Live and let Live :)

The dumest thing an elder ever said to me..

conversation with an elder...i said " did you watch due south yesterday" and he said " ive got far more important things to do".

i mean that comment of his got me to thinking and wondering, and made me see he was missing out on living..and i think that comment was the straw that broke this boys faith, and started my i dont want to be a witness anymore.

kind of wierd how a simple question opened my eyes.. and now as i write this i am watching " the rebel" a 1950s western series, and its great and its even better my 9 year old is watching with me..and there is nothing more important than being happy.. .

The PO in a former congregation once told me (when I asked why there was no help for an old sister): life is hard isn't it?... And continued doing his business... I was so flabbergasted that I remember it as it happened yesterday. I could not believe my ears!

it's obvious the bible is very clear on a actual hell of fire.

"cursed into the eternal fire with the devil and his angels", rev.20:15.

"lake of fire", rev.21:8 "fire and brimstone".
