  Watchtower Organisation vs North Korea

  so i was watching a documentary on north korea.

  half way through it struck me how similar north korea is with the watchtower:.

  1. certian clothes are not allowed.. 2. you're restricted what you can and can't see.. 3. any foreigners visiting have their own personal tour guide to prevent you seeing the wrong things.. 4. you're not allowed to ask the critical questions.. 5. you're expected to pay hommage for the founder.. 6. the people all look lifeless and uniform.. .... but the thing that really got me, was the literature deparment in north korea.

  In the country I live in a house of "wordly" chinese people burned down (it was above the chinese restaurant). All 4 kids died in that tragedy and the "worldy" people in the small town were so moved by this that, to support the family at least in material way donated a total sum of 160.000 euro's.

  People that are wordly are also human... the assumption by JW's that worldy people are bad is a scam

  Also... I have seen a "brother" taken away by the police in the shop I used to work because he stole a shitload of money...

  It is all bullshit

  Leaving the Watchtower religion behind...are we ABLE to reconsider with FREEDOM what may NOT be "true?"

  as we all now know, once you leave the watchtower religion you are exposed to the possibility of education for the first time.. an ex-jw discovers that the theocratic lessons they have learned were not all they were led to believe , i.e.

  "accurate knowledge.".

  is this story actually true?

  How about the Genesis account about the Cherubs with the swinging sword? First of all: how could there be a swordlike something if the sword was not invented at that time (according to Biblical history)? Adam and Eve shurely were not known with a weapon now where they?

  The oldest sword-like weapons are found at Arslantepe , Turkey , and date to around 3300 BC (source: wikipedia)...

  Whats the most damning of the July 15 2013 changes?

  a lot of the rank and file at the meetings seem to think some of the changes make more sense but what is the most damning of the changes that may help to wake to some up.

  some thing the rank and file will not first see or understand as a big deal?.

  They LOVEEEE the new teaching/new idea that they are in the top of the Piramid now aren't they? So in that respect they never abandoned the Piramide-idea of Russell :P They collect all the money and power. The only thing they have to do is make decisions over other peoples lives and give populistic talks on conventions around the globe.

  The new teaching is like all the previous teachings: a weak smokey curtain to hide the fact that there is no such thing as a slave class at all in our time.

  because all the evidence in fulfillment of bible prophecy indicates that this corrupt system is due to end in a few years... therefore, as a young person, you will never fulfill any career that this system offers.

  The truth hurts some people so much that denying what they said is part of their defence system (and calling the ones who tell the truth liars).

  My parents were of the older types: because we are the parents you just obey and never ever call us liars... my dad is still like that: facts that happened in my life were just waved away... "are you crazy or something?" ... o well...

  You simply can not help people who do not want to listen to reason... that is the reason people stay in after false prophecies: they are affraid to face the fact that they were wrong: it is all about pride really

  According to Paul the good news was already preached to all nations (or something like that). It does not matter what WE do anyways... the same with all the other stuff that is written. The only thing that would remain in our time is "love" ...

  "Love" (I do not mean the erotical version although I love that one very much) is the only factor that is important. If we have no love then God is not with us anyway.

  new FDS teaching

  with the study of the new teaching of july 15th wt, which will be done in septmember 2013 in sight, i try to collect all kind of objections from here and other sites, in order to have enough ammunition for discussions ready.. wih this in mind, i found an additional problemwith this new teaching.. since before 1918/19 there was no fds, ergo no channel of truth, ergo no true worship, and russel and his fellows just some "normal" folks, what about all those, who were baptized prior to 1918 ?

  like freddie franz, rutherford etc, there baptism was therefore not valid, just like jw view baptisms of former catholics, protestants etc not valid and baptize them again.. ho can they be annointed, when they were not properly dunked ?

  just show, with their new teaching, the fds cut the very branch they are sitting on.. .

  What is interesting is that at the district convention they already put in the new teaching without most people noticing! In the apostate bashing talk on saturday they also state that the GB is the Faithfull Slave...

  Well... maybe someone might be so nice to "tell" the org that you apreciate the official Youtube channel... it may lead to a taking down of it.

  It is by the way not promoted on their official site so that is a other reason it can not be official. A other thing: the describtion at the channel is thus small that it can not be official anyways... probably an overzealous JW... also note that on some video's "United States" is written as United State... an american would never make that mistake I think?
