by joannadandy inok yesterday i was talking to my dad (moe's thread reminded me) he said something about how bad satan was...and said, yeah but "wasn't it eve and adam's fault?
i mean yeah satan laid out the sales pitch but they could have said no.
you know gone home, talked it over with god, it wasn't even that high pressured a sales pitch.

Singing in the Kingdon Hall - laughing
by Pepper inoh my god, i went to a meeting a year ago, with my girl friend, in a town back east i live in utah, i sing in night clubs and bars and have a really great time.
i go to the hall and it comes time to sing, now i am used to really letting it all hang out when i sing, so i give it all i got, i seen all these's heads turn and look at me, they could tell right off the bat that i am not a good jw cause i have a beard like jesus wears, but i know the tunes because i was raised listioning to them, i loved it, they don't really sing i noticed, its sad, cause singing could be so much a part of worship, but its like you can't even do that cause if your a good singer you might stumble the others cause it may be competion, what a bunch of bs, the po, looked down his nose cause i was singing like i had life in me .

Our KH,sounded terrible.I do remember one time,the elders giving a talk for us to give it our all ,when we sang.It just sounded like a bunch on moaning and fighting to put the words together.I used to hate it,when we had people visiting....yeh..singing phrases to Jehovah all right.
Even at assemblies...did you feel they were sung with heart?I recall hearing the music over the singing despite the 1000's of people there.

I'm back in forth to what I should believe...I'm not saying I believe what Islam teaches....they believe Jesus was a prophet,born to the virgin Mary.They donot believe in orignal sin and they believe Adam and Eve were both at fault...evenly They don't believe Jeus died on the cross,they also teach he was saved from cruifixation and raised to Heaven.I just thought I would bring this up..with the replys here...

Well,they really feel that person is there...love isnot a result of being schizophrenic.Love is a true feeling,so I can see them really loving that delusion.
Imagine what that would do to a person,when and if they get help and they realize they are not really there.

There has never been "one" nice thing done for me.I do have many nice people in my life,that are kind and are there for me when I need them.
There is kind people here,that give listening ears.That in itself is a kind thing to do.It does a lot for a person to have someone who will listen and not sling mud at you for your problems.There is the odd person who will be crule with words,but I "try" my best to enore.
