The past 14 hours, others have weigh in on what the Supreme Court decision means. Now it's a different meaning from when the news first posted. Now they are saying the Supreme Court decision did not address the issue but has sent it back the the lower courts for AEA rulings. AEA refers to legal decisions regarding the Alien Enemies Act, which allows the U.S. government to detain and deport non citizens from countries considered hostile.
Recent rulings have focused on the adequacy of notice given to detainees and the legality of the Trump administration's use of the Act for deportations, emphasizing the need for due process rights for those affected.
So it seems the Supreme Court doesn't want to make a clear cut decision but wants to throw it back to the lower courts.

I’m so glad Trump noticed. He has granted refugee status and admitted 50 thousand white farmers into the U.S. as part of President Trump's resettlement program
But, now liberals are against admitting white farmers into the USA.
Heading the fight against allowing whites into the United States is the Episcopal Church, citing moral opposition to Trump. If you recall, the gay Episcopal bishop preaches ‘mercy’ to illegal immigrants at Trump prayer service.
Now that same priest is against letting Whites seek asylum in the USA from South Africa.
And just a two days ago, the Supreme Court Denied Trump from deporting illegal immigrants. They majority Justices said each illegal immigrant must be given a fair trial. Around 20 million illegal immigrants X the cost of each trial for each immigrant…. about 200k or more.
But resettling 50k whites is too expensive and there is no room in America for these kind of people??????

When Kamala ran for the next President of the USA, she made the comment that there were no Americans soldiers fighting anywhere n the world. She had no clue what the USA Military was doing. She was not Commander and Chief Material and never will be.
There is talk, conspiracy maybe, maybe not, that when President Biden ordered military strikes against Houthi targets in Yemen, Biden had no idea what was happening due to his cognitive decline. So the question remains, who ordered the attack on Jan. 2024?????? For entire year the Houthis spread terror to merchant vessels.
Once Trump took office January 20, 2025, by March 15, 2025 Trump ordered the attack on Houthis in Yemen. This military action was part of a response to their attacks on U.S. ships and other targets.
This agreement followed a period of intense airstrikes by the U.S . against Houthi positions in Yemen.
By May 6, 2025, less than two months the United States announced a ceasefire with the Houthis after the Houthis agreed to stop targeting commercial shipping in the Red Sea.

Notice the firepower in each of the two Sea-Hawks Helicopters that stopped 4 Houtis boat armed with Rockets, RPGS, and PKM.The merchant vessels were outgunned, and had the Houtis captured the vessel, all on the personal and security would have been killed.

Does anyone have any theories why some jehovah Witnesses died as a result of getting the vaccine, ....But, other Jehovah witnesses who also got the vaccine didn't die and are as healthy as ever?
I know a few JWs that died right after getting the vaccine, and I also know some JWs in their late 80s that got the vaccine and are still walking as healthy as ever with no side effects.
That's what makes the Covid experience so controversial. You have those that took the vaccine and had no side effects. These are the ones that jeer at those who didn't take the vaccine.
And you have those that did take the vaccine and died and can't speak for themselves.

As a Canadian I am appalled at what is happening just a few miles from where I am.
Over 73 MILLION AMERICANS VOTED FOR TRUMP...............Resulting in Trump wining not only the Popular Vote, But The Electoral Vote as well, meaning Trump enjoys greater public support and legitimacy compared to those who win only the Electoral College.
