Someone in those specific localities realized the value of those properties and decided lets sell them and give the money to HQ, what a loving gesture to Jehovah they made.
These guys made themselves popular and noted by the top guys at the district HQ.
The transference of money has always stood as an identifiable action of devout loyalty to the Org.

So lets say there were no restrictions and take for example the US would have by now well over a million, perhaps a million and half dead by now with the possibility of new variants beginning to appear which there may not be in the future no vaccine possible to combat it ?

I think the medical community are on the right track in getting this virus under control and even they realize this virus will not be completely eliminated.
Humanity has been experiencing virus plagues since biblical times and probably before and to certain extent more severe such as the Black plague (1300's), try telling that to poorly educated people like Kososen .

by pistolpete init seems like the moment someone attains some type of power, whether it's money, political power, or religious power, their first agenda is ---to control others.. bill gates is a good example of this.
another is george soros and michael bloomberg.
and let's not forget all the politician and religious leaders like the governing body.

Men seek power over others through an established structure of self empowerment which also brings them an uplifted sense of self worth and importance in human social environments, which you usually can find in religious organizations.
Spiritual leaders derive their power from supernatural spiritual beings which they claim they are supposedly connected to.
A vilification of self glorification is established.
Some good things can actually come from these men, sometimes not so good.

What you can see is that many JWS are acting out through a pretentious characterization of righteous virtue and wholesomeness.
A portrayed characterization designed and arranged by the WTS and its leaders themselves.
They are in essence mostly playing to this role in cooperative unison and acceptance.
Is he a brother , is she a sister ?
The cumulative answer and how much involved they actively are such as in Pioneering, eldership, DO's, GB members etc. relates to their level of assumed righteousness.
The reality is these people can be just as behaviorally wrong as the common practicing JWS are or non JWS for that matter.
