but i like how the statement says members but the sentence right before has the governing body dudes in a collective whole like voltron here is the paragraph in whole.

first time posting.... bit of my background i grew up in the wts (still keep on almost calling it the "truth!

Welcome Olig ,however be careful how much info you divulge about yourself here or anywhere else.You will get so much support on this forum but keep your true identity secret .Just be general about where you are from etc.

As Giordano says their is no need for your sister to rush into baptism because Jehovah knows her heart condition and Jesus didn`t get dunked until he was 30 years old .

Don`t let her get pressure from Elders scaring her with threats of persecution and the end is now so close .

I would love to see more Country`s around the world take this stand and prosecute Elders on a JC that never reported child sexual abuse to the appropriate authorities and only handled it in-house and not treating it as a crime.

It would make the Elders more accountable for their actions or rather inaction in dealing with child sexual abuse within the congregations and possibly make the Elders more aware of how the JW Organization leaves Elders out on a limb to take the blame and absolving the organization from any blame.

This case handled correctly could be a real wake up call for many ,I truly hope so .

thousands of hours wasted singing those stupid songs and their stupid lyrics.. song 106 "watch how we walk and watch we talk.

i remember inserting different works in the lyrics to relive the boredom.

The Governing Body is organized to take the lead as Jehovah directs it by holy spirit.

Then how is it they can never get anything right ?

It either means Jehovah/Holy Spirit is a complete imbecile

or

Trashy Watchtower Corporation Carts In Public Places, Can Cities Ban them?

they have a very big child abuse enabler international reputation in the courts can these things be a reason for banning these stupid ass carts that claims to have all the answers to mans hardest questions.. why should every library have to permit them to plant their lame ass carts close to the entrance.. i'm thinking that soon due to all the bad publicity surrounding the jehovah witness cult leaders that cart witnessing will come to be seen as a very big waste of time by all it's members that have become hall less thus missing a shit load of meeting and a beginning to start thinking for themselves.. i'm sure many jws hate this type of work even now, even though it's an easy way to get your time in and not be labeled inactive or keep the elders off your back.

have you noticed that a lot of carts don't have a jw near by?

i never see anybody at the carts where i live, i've even asked people nearby and nobody knew who put the cart there.

While the QR codes sound like a great idea ,seriously how many people do you really think stop & take any literature ? I don`t think anybody does nowadays .

Except maybe ex JW`s who throw it away or PIMI JW who wants some freebies .

I just wish their was a cart in my area so I could dump their stuff on a regular basis. I never see one around here .

well my son (he's pimi) came to me the other day and asked if i could make a bookcase with hidden spaces built into it.

i asked him what for?

he said that they were encouraged to start thinking of and preparing for persecution and hide literature.

Looking at all of these past failures in literature provided by the obviously unfaithful and not so discreet slave class ,how can you trust anything they say ?

So why hide literature that is new light today and old light tomorrow ?What benefit is that to you ?

someone new would "come into the truth", and be so enthusiastic and keen, that we would all joke about "locking them up for the first 6 months because they would preach to everyone".

jws thought that the passion for "learning the truth" was the issue.

everybody says there is this race problem.

everybody says this race problem will be solved when the third world pours into every white country and only into white countries.. the netherlands and belgium are just as crowded as japan or taiwan, but nobody says japan or taiwan will solve this race problem by bringing in millions of third worlders and quote assimilating unquote with them.. everybody says the final solution to this race problem is for every white country and only white countries to “assimilate,” i.e., intermarry, with all those non-whites.. what if i said there was this race problem and this race problem would be solved only if hundreds of millions of non-blacks were brought into every black country and only into black countries?.

I wonder what will be the first choice of publications to stash, the bible? I think not.

Good point blondie, shouldn`t the only piece of literature they need, be the Bible ? Jehovah`s word is supposed to be infallible ,whereas the GB members have admitted they are not infallible they make mistakes and they are not inspired .

So why the need to stash and hide their literature above the Bible ?

Its statements like this OP that convinces me that the GB/WT know full well their is no GOD and they are religious charlatans exploiting the gullible for their own advantage.
