hey i was wondering if maybe someone who is an ex elder or who knows a lot about these things could help me.
my dad is an elder but i need to be cautious with questions i ask.
now that i’ve been woken up from my brainwashed love of this corrupt corporation and from my belief in the bible, and my fiancé is starting to wake up as well, i really don’t want to have the sexist, overused, impersonal talk outline used for my wedding ceremony by some elder who is trying to show off his talk giving skills.
If you are both considered Jehovah`s witnesses in good standing and decide to get married outside of a Kingdom Hall and use a Celebrant or Civil servant to conduct the ceremony then you are inviting gossip ,slander ,talk as to why you would do such a thing .
You must be hiding some sin that you are guilty of. You will be marked by the majority in the K.H. and you will be questioned by the B.O.E. as to why you took such a step .
You won`t get off scot free if you go down this path.

You do make some good points Old Navy but obviously not all people who play these games and watch these movies act out with them otherwise we would all really be up shit creek.
From what I have read this kid used the weapons that his father had legally obtained and no doubt his father never expected his kid to do something like this .
America to this day still seems to have the culture of the "Old Wild West Days" carry a gun and shoot to kill ,ask questions later and be prepared to face whatever consequences arise.
Sadly their just does not seem to be an easy solution to this problem of school shootings and I`m at a loss on how they are ever going to solve it.
And the way things stand their are going to be a lot more mass shootings of school children before this years end .

I mainly watched the AFL and just saw snippets of the wedding however my wife watched it in another room.

This religion is nothing like the religion it used to be.While the Mags Watchtower and Awake were never high quality publications such as "The Plain Truth" magazine printed by the AoG I think ,at least some of their books
were of high quality paper and professional looking.And seemed to make sense if you were ignorant of what was actually written in the Bible
Not so anymore from what I can gather.They seem to have hit rock bottom.And with each year passing they seem to be getting worse .
I can`t see them ever getting back to their heyday of years gone by.
Not that I`m lamenting it by the way
of course this is an open ended question but have you ever really thought about what makes you who you are?.
is it our looks, our personality, our physique, our intelligence, our experiences and subsequent memories, our beliefs?
is it a combination of all these things and even more?

The Jehovah`s Witness religion is an American man made religion that practices their own form of persecution on members that leave the sect and they expect International Human Rights organizations to come to their aid I find ironic
