Thank`s Barbara for posting this ,i hope it helps many more people to look at the religion of Jehovah`s Witnesses whether they be current Jw`s or relatives of JW`s or just interested persons looking for something.
It should give them something to think about before committing themselves to a religion that has all the red flags of a cult religion .

it's not what I'd describe the movie as really being about apostasy as such but that's maybe just my too-specific terminology kicking in - a broader interpretation would match.
So how would you have named the movie Simon ? to maybe reach a wider audience ?
I thought the movie was excellent the way it was handled and very realistic.

So you have got as far as 11 bible books and 156 "ways or reasons to die in the bible " I cant wait for you to cover the next 28 books of the "Old Testament"
And the 27 books of the "New Testament" I know their is some great ways to die in there .

a group of about 6 women who have been friends practically their whole lives that i personally know are leaving there jw husbands.

i guess every jw has a different conscience on the matter, and i don't believe any jw publications have ever specifically mentioned nudity in film as being off limits.
of course genitals are out of the question because that's usually relegated to r movies which most good jws don't view.
