Of course, Jesus did not tell usthat his faithful slave would produce perfect spiritual food.
Fixed it. Now it is a true statement from the WTS/GB.
Jesus did not tell them anything that they teach!
what could be "an instruction not sound by a human standpoint"?.
i'm going by dissolving their legal entities...any guesses?.

in its latest april 2025 watchtower study article 17 and paragraph 12 the watchtower promotes 2 dangerous lies that will cost your life if you are a believing christian during the time of the end, so i'm considering today the first lie in the first part of the paragraph, but first let's read the paragraph itself: "today, jehovah promises to provide us with spiritual protection.
he will never allow satan to corrupt true worship.
Jesus said the Kingdom is already here, but very few would enter because they can't see it.
[ 10 Let your Kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also on earth.]
There will be no giant rescue operation, called Armageddon or anything else, Jesus already did that with his sacrifice.
[ 7 But you who suffer tribulation will be given relief along with us at the revelation of the Lord Jesus from heaven with his powerful angels 8 in a flaming fire, as he brings vengeance on those who do not know God and those who do not obey the good news about our Lord Jesus. 9 These very ones will undergo the judicial punishment of everlasting destruction from before the Lord and from the glory of his strength, 10 at the time when he comes to be glorified in connection with his holy ones and to be regarded in that day with wonder among all those who exercised faith, because the witness we gave met with faith among you.
Christians don't believe in the Big Bang that began it all, but they do want a Big Bang to end it all. That's not what Jesus taught or demonstrated in his life.
[17 I saw also an angel standing in the sun, and he cried out with a loud voice and said to all the birds that fly in midheaven: “Come here, be gathered together to the great evening meal of God, 18 so that you may eat the flesh of kings and the flesh of military commanders and the flesh of strong men and the flesh of horses and of those seated on them, and the flesh of all, of freemen as well as of slaves and of small ones and great.”19 And I saw the wild beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to wage war against the one seated on the horse and against his army. 20 And the wild beast was caught, and along with it the false prophet that performed in front of it the signs with which he misled those who received the mark of the wild beast and those who worship its image. While still alive, they both were hurled into the fiery lake that burns with sulfur. 21 But the rest were killed off with the long sword that proceeded out of the mouth of the one seated on the horse. And all the birds were filled with their flesh.]

New King James Version - Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.
this could fun.
what song should be played when you walk into a room that best describes you?
.
from my experience within the jw organization, i understood that salvation meant a person accepted the teachings of the wbts without question as the "faithful and discrete slave," thereby placing their trust in them, not jesus christ.
salvation consisted of being found "righteous" by jehovah and resurrected to everlasting life in an earthly paradise.
to obtain this salvation, one needed to obey the organization's teachings, remain a faithful jw, and lead a moral life.
quote - It is no longer clear to me if the GB holds hope for repentance during the GT after seeing the first minute of this video
Now the GB has confirmed that there is no room for repentance after the GT starts? What is going on?
Easy there!
First off, the guy doing the video is annoying and hard to watch/listen to.
Anyway, do you know the date of when Cook says what he says in 00:18 - 3:03?

WTS/GB have shown there is no need to be a WTS/JW now.
For those that have already died, according to them my JW grandma will be resurrected but also my catholic grandma will be too. And for those living now that are not JWs, they can join up with current JWs when the GT breaks out.
14 At times, we hear someone say, “It would almost be better if my relative dies before the great tribulation begins so that there is hope for his resurrection.
9 The Bible speaks of two groups of people who will be resurrected with the prospect of living forever on earth, “the righteous” and “the unrighteous.” (Read Acts 24:15.) “The righteous” are those who faithfully served Jehovah while they were alive. On the other hand, “the unrighteous” did not serve Jehovah faithfully. Because both groups are resurrected, can we say that their names are written in the book of life?
10 “The righteous” Before dying, they had their names written in the book of life. Were their names taken out of that book when they died? No, because they are still “living” in Jehovah’s memory. Jehovah “is a God, not of the dead, but of the living, for they are all living to him.” (Luke 20:38
38) This means that when the righteous are restored to life on earth, their names will be found written in the book of life, although “in pencil” at first.
“the unrighteous.” Perhaps because they were ignorant of Jehovah’s requirements, they did not live righteous lives before they died. So their names were not written in the book of life. But by resurrecting them, God gives them an opportunity to have their names eventually written in that book.
Notice that the so-called 'righteous' one only gets their name written in pencil at first. This is because they have to prove faithful during the 1,000 years to then be written in the book of life in pen ink. Yet the so-called unrighteous one not only got resurrected but they also are living during the 1,000 years to get their name written in pen.
So, it should make all JWs wonder what the point is of being a JW now. The outcome is the same for both groups.
The unrighteous actually fare better in that they didn't have to waste their time being a JW during their life. While the JW did spend their time being such and yet still it did not earn them being written in pen upon their resurrection. They are on the same prove themselves during the 1,000 years just like the unrighteous.

3 In the past, we said that once the great tribulation begins, no unbelievers will be able to take their stand for Jehovah and survive Armageddon.
But now:
After the great tribulation starts, . . . might some who see these events have a change of heart?
13 Such an outcome would be similar to what occurred in Egypt in Moses’ day. Recall that “a vast mixed company” joined Israel in the Exodus.
If a similar development should occur following the destruction of Babylon the Great, would we be disappointed that people were able to join us shortly before the end comes? Of course not!
i noticed in the latest memorial invitation, the dates for the observance are odd--well far more odd than usual.. what i mean is that forever as i can remember, jehovah's witnesses use to advertise really big that this was nisan 14. they don't tend to do this anymore.. and being jewish, their dates now tend to align with passover, or at least with the second seder night of passover.. 2025: saturday, april 12 (nisan 15).
2026: thursday, april 2 (nisan 15/16).
2027: monday, march 22 (nisan 15/16).
Right, so in order to eat the meal or drink the wine/eat the bread at the appropriate time, one would have to prepare at the right time. So, one would have to determine what day corresponds with Nisan 14 and then know to wait until sunset on that day to have the meal, etc. In this case it is being said that Sat April 12 corresponds to Nisan 14 this year, so on that day after sunset is when the Memorial is observed. The fact that you are saying that at sunset it turns to Nisan 15 does not change that in the US that it will still be Saturday April 12 until 12:00AM.
When will a so-called Jew on the Eastcoast of the US eat their Passover meal...on the evening of Sat April 12 (Nisan 15) or on the evening of Sun April 13 (Nisan 16)?

Nissan 14 is alwaysthe first full moonafter the spring equinox.
I misspoke.
Is this true or false:
The Jews counted their months from new moon to new moon.
Nisan 1 starts when the new moon nearest the spring equinox becomes visible at sunset in Jerusalem. Counting 14 days from that event, is always Nisan 14.
