Staying in physically for all the benefits

also find it very interesting having a front row seat watching the collapse of borg.. im not wasting any more time or money on anything i don’t want to do like preaching and mostly just go on zoom .
there is nothing i want to do that would be considered disfellowshiping sin, i’m married and want to live by bible principles but i have serious doubts that the gb were chosen by god and are his one and only spokesmen on earth.

Russian state television openly laments the fact that the world no longer fears them.
Their equipment is mostly junk. Their soldiers are untrained and poorly supplied. The body armor Russia was touting a few years ago turned out to be hardened cardboard. They are still using the same tactics that NATO is equipped and trained to defeat, despite the spectacular failure of those tactics in the Gulf War. They are still dependent upon the west for critical components for all their weapons systems. Russia's MBT losses are approaching the half-way point, which is astounding. The SU-35's targeting pod has been dissected and decoded by both the U.S. and Britain, which is why they don't dare bring SU-57's into the theater for fear the same thing will happen.
What else does Putin have, except the nuclear threat?

by Vanderhoven7 inas i understand it, jehovah’s witnesses believe less than 145,000 faithful christians existed prior to the twentieth century.
the other sheep christians did not start forming until after 1914. that means jehovah’s witnesses view millions martyred for their faith in christ prior to the 20th century as merely professed christians.. the question is…how do witnesses know that those millions who perished for their faith in christ were not christians at all?.

AFAIK, the JW's have never retracted / revoked / recanted the idea that the heavenly hope was the only hope clear up until the "bright flash of light" in 1935.
When / if they do, the earthly hope will become an "overlapping hope" kinda like the overlapping generation.
(First hoping the end comes in your generation and not that of your great, great grandchildren and second, hoping to be found worthy of survival if it does)

the deep schisms, (some might say even different origins) are made to appear superficial and inconsequential.
this theme contiues with the choice of two 'prophets' from jerusalem traveling back to antioch to share with paul and barny, named judas (yes another one) and silas.

The entire book of Acts strikes me as a mish-mash. Paul doesn't seem to be aware of the events described in chapter 15 later on, for example.

i know many now have doubts that the vaccines are safe and effective this is as good as doubting the gb.
you can it say anything in doubt about the vaccines because the gb still act like salesmen for big pharmaceuticals .

Nicolaou is right.
The JW faith is an epic conspiracy theory, where a relatively small number of people know the "Truth" while the vast majority are mislead by an evil manipulator.
It's why JW's believe they are qualified to argue with any expert on any subject.
Hematology, Astrophysics, Paleontology, Astronomy, Anthropology, Archeology, Linguistics, you name it. The JW's know much more than those who have spent their entire lives in these fields.
Shedding that mindset doesn't happen overnight.
For some people, it doesn't happen at all. They spend the rest of their lives taking their information from dubious sources
