this is an extremely rare book that is currently out of print.
the information contained here is extremely important in determining what this organization is all about.
What a sad commentary on people who will use anything, any silly thing at all, any flimsy reed, to malign Jehovah's Witnesses!
There have been a pile of assertions and guilt-by-associations, but absolutely no facts at all presented to prove that Jehovah's Witnesses have had any connection with Freemasonry, apart from some commonly shared biblical terminology.
But when you really want to believe something bad about somebody anyway, it doesn't take much "proof" does it?

I don't have a scanner. The "cross" has four sides and appears to be made of 4 looped circles, or one circle shaped into four loops. It's a real work of art.
There are similar designs on Celtic web pages, and one on e-Bay.

i want to make sure i am understanding this correctly.
in the places where jesus is recorded as saying "false christs" would come in his name, is it correct to state that pseudochristos/pseudochristoi literally means "false anointed ones"?.
it didn't make any sense for them to (1) claim to be christ and also (2) claim to know where christ is.. my studies led me to believe that there is no reason (besides tradition) for capitalizing the "c" in translating "christos" in these instances, particularly since the plural form is used.
Christians as "anointed":
2 Corinthians 1:21 O de bebaiwn hmav sun umin eiv Criston kai crisav hmav qeov "It is God who establishes us with you in Christ, and has anointed us." (English Standard Version)

Maybe someone can find a copy of the English translation of the coptic John 1:1 by the Rev. George William Horner in 1911. He was a coptic scholar and a church man.
I am told that he translated it to say "a God was the Word."

i saw the latest wt magazine released this week.
i don't have it on me but on the cover it asks the question, "is there only one true god?".
skimming the story inside i noticed they quoted the verse in isaiah where it mentions there is only one god and there never was or will be a god alongside him.. "hmm," i wondered, "how will they reconcile this with john 1:1?".
A few corrections are in order. The article is not in the "Watchtower" but in the February 2006 "Awake" magazine on pages 28-30.
No doctrine has changed. While distinguishing Jesus from Jehovah, the article says that "Jesus is mighty in power and divine in nature," but that only Jehovah should be worshiped.
