  back in the day, tons of witnesses were brought in the “back room “ to be counseled by elders because of their dress and grooming.

  some elders frowned on mustaches or hair that went past a certain point on a male.

  women were regularly harassed because their skirt was too long or too short or had a slit on the side.

  I was in seventh grade, age 12, I wore a t shirt to Kingdom Hall cleaning which said, “Try it, you’ll like it”. It was a popular slogan due to an Alka Seltzer commercial. I had to have a committee meeting with 3 elders questioning me about what I meant by wearing that shirt. They got nowhere with me lol. What a waste of their time and mine.

  since i think watchtower will be an online/tv cult, the members would show their spirituality by how much money they give.

  also to use the jw tv you have pay your monthly dues for access.

  and you can purchase jw merchandise and gee-hober bucks!

  i do not support crt.

  but having said that i find it disturbing that schools are teaching children whatever they want to teach.

  if parents object or even teachers refuse to teach something, anything that violates their conscience or morals, i don’t think government or schools have the right to push these people to accept it.

  If that’s true, (hard to believe) about that questionnaire, as a parent I would fill it in myself, to draw attention, something like masturbate 10 times a day, oral sex 30 times per week, etc. Once they contacted my kid, I’d let them have it. 😈

  i just turned 62 and celebrated my first birthday at a local restaurant.

  nothing exotic, just draft beer and a burger.

  i've been using my spare time to make my community a better place to visit.
