"Thi Chi......hi, I'm sorry but i disagree about the custody issue. The mother is an alcoholic, that will definately play a big role in deciding who is best to care for the kids. Don't you think?"
Sorry, I dont remember reading that she is an alcoholic. Is this situation clinically proven or just your opinion? (She is still in good standing with the JWs?) If she truly is, then you are right. If not, it has been my experience that children 16 and under will always bond/take sides with the mother more than the father, I have seen/read this over and over. And the courts tend to agree.
However, a fathers role greatly increases has the children get older and more independent. Your best times with your kids may come when they are young adults. I give you this viewpoint in an effort to prepare you for what may occur and what I have seen happen to friends and other family members......At any rate, a good attorney is your best bet.

I truly feel for you Brother. I do not feel that the JWs are any more demonic than the Mormons, Catholics etc.,.
You need legal representation to fight this with a proper response to the court. The angle of health/safety issues for your children may work since the Jws refuse blood treatment and there has been many court cases that back you up.
How old are the children? If they are very young, the court will go with the wife for primary care.

Why Have the Republicans Permitted Wickedness?
by cellomould inwhy does the republican party represent such a noxious mix of evil?
you have religious zealots teaming up with money-grubbing conservatives...with the demonstrated effect of impeding progress in our country.... if this link works, check out how the republicans in the house of representatives voted on important social and economic issues...consistently voicing disrespect for the long term health of our communities and environment:.

Why have the Democrats created Wickedness?
"Buffalo's Al-Qaeda cell? They're all registered Democrats. The Democrats are livid that this is being reported. It's a convenient memory lapse from OK City, when Clinton tried to tie McVeigh to certain U.S. media figures."
PS: Who is in control of the Senate? The Dems! They control the agenda! Also, most of the issues are based on pure junk Science......

I agree, E-Man. While reading his book, I could not help but think that he has had contact with Jws or Xjws at the very least.

As Dr. Peck explains, Depression is the process of feeling loss which, in turn helps us to grow and move on. So depression is a natural occurrence for human growth. Those who continue with this feeling and not moving on, do need help to move on and grow. Your thought process and the "Self Knowledge" of were you are and what you need to become is connected with dealing with a feeling of loss, according to Dr. Peck.

Well, there is a school of thought out there about positive thinking (excluding manic depression) that can contribute to a healthier mental condition. Any emotion you experience requires a "thought" first. What you think, or how you process the information will be the outcome of a good or bad day......

This song represents a situation that we all have been in at one time or another, esp if you were/are a JW.....
Working Class Hero by John Lennon
"As soon as your born, they make you feel small, by giving you no time instead of it all..."
"Till your so f***ing crazy you cant follow their rules....A working class hero is something to be..." "They hurt you at home and they hit you at school, they hate you if you are clever but they despise a fool...."
"They keep you doped with sex, religion and TV, you think you are so clever, classless and free...but you are still a F***ing peasant as far as I can see....." "If you want to be a hero, well then just follow me..."

JWS:
Very thoughtful comments. However, when the Jws go "Door to Door" and publicly express their rightness before all, should that not allow a public rebuttal?
Also, how can the "wrongs be righted" when the Jws do not even acknowledge a problem? Legal recourse seems reasonable...
