War Predictions Page

the destruction of the wtc twin towers is likely to be one of the most significant events of modern history.

it is also likely that the us is going to launch an all out offensive in the next 24-48 hrs.

any predictions as to what will happen, consequences etc.

My Own predictions are:no miltary action for a few weeks if not more,and im pretty sure that this is just the begining of terrorist attacks against the America,terrorist organisations have hundreds of "sleepers"all around the world just waiting to start an assault on any american interest,personally i don't think George Bush really knows what he's getting into.

Planes just a diversion... Ambulances had bombs.

i feel pretty sure about this, that the planes were just a diversion set to allow emergency vehicles easy access to the basement parking lot.

eye witnesses placed a large explosion just before the south building came down.

one thing is sure, the buildings did not come down as a result of the planes hitting them or any explosions due to that.

The intense fire where the plane hit eventually melted the metal structure of the building so any floors above couldn't be supported,thus the building collapsed in on itself!

Jehovah's Witnesses and arguing...

one thing i have noticed, both in my own reportoire of personal habits and in those of others posting on xjw boards, is the tendency to argue.. i contrast this to a few other boards i've frequented on a variety of topics.

obviously there are disagreements, but xdub boards can get really crazy at times.. there is this tendancy for xjw's to argue like rabid dogs; hell, it's not just the x's who do it, current jw's are just as bad.. this is over and above the normal 'spit on the mat and call the cat a bastard' atmosphere that often prevails on discussion boards (although if you ever want to see a really polite board i suggest you go to a lifestyle bdsmer's board!!)..

are we all psychos?.

A man went into a pet store and asked to see what was available in parrots. The clerk showed him a parrot that had recently been returned to the store. The man wanted to know why and the clerk said the owner died and they had no one to take the parrot, but that the owner was one of J.W. The man agreed to buy the parrot and took him home.

The next morning the bird started squawking loudly, "Time to get up, go to the meeting" Time to get up, go to the meeting" The man grumbled and threw a blanket over the cage. The very next morning the bird began again, "Time to get up, go to the meeting" Time to get up..." The man so tired and disqusted went to see the clerk at the pet store and threatened to bring the bird back if he did not stop. The clerk begged him to be patient that in time the bird would stop, although agreeing the man went home unhappy. A week had passed when the bird began every new morning the same way that he did the first day, "Time to get up, go to the meeting" This time the man no longer caring jumped up and grabbed the bird by the throat and slammed him into the wall. After a few moments of silence and dust and feathers settling the bird, dazed and confused looks up at the man and says, "NO blood please"....

UK can get Dateline too

i noticed yesterday as i flicked through the freebie channels that a new one had been added.its called cnbc and what happened to be up next - dateline.i only have a basic ntl cable package.i guess you can probably get it on sky digital as well.so us brits don't have to miss the show after all.

i am a baptised seventh day adventist and ive had studies for about 6mths with a very nice jw lady.

ive learnt about the wt teachings and attended the kh and the memorial.

n there are some similarities with the adventist and jw teachings such as baptism by imersion, the state of the dead,some adventists dont vote and some adventists beleive with the wt society in the arian doctrine that jesus is a created being and the holy spirit is a force but the vast majority beleive the trinity doctrine.
