Aztec! He is not adorable! It is an act!
Six threatened to kill me, and now...only you can save me.

Ahhh...Six. You have a way of surfacing memories, but this time you've done it. I was once in a position to have sex with a Nazi to save my life and lives of others. I was ready to go at it, but he kept mumbling something about "eugenics" and how bad things could happen.
LOL!!! So many interpretations...so many.
mrs ozzie and i have been trekking slowly but surely to the top of this magnificent globe on our latest r&r.
from the former soviet bloc we have headed by steamer hoping to try to get as near to the northern polar region as possible.
we got close enough, around the 75th parallel, but it sure is cold up here!
That's amazing, Ozzie! I wish I was there, it sounds beautiful.
tv programs i have to immediately turn off include:.
i'm a celebrity get me out a here...(yeah, get em outta here fer crying).. oprah winfrey/ricki lake...omgaawd, oprah thinks she's "a god" or something and so does her audience.. neighbors/eastenders/corra st/ all of em come to think of it.. what grates your teeth?
or do you enjoy any of these ones?.
I love the Discovery Channel, the History Channel, A&E, and some news-type network shows. I used to love TLC when it was The Learning Channel. Now it is nothing but decorating shows...and the decorating is rarely good.
i have read some sickening threads the last coupleof days, about family shunning and how disfellowshipped are treated, and even how i am treated by my family.
(lyineyes, stephaniesays, and phil and many many more).
( and i do not what to hear, i'm doing what's best for my children, because half the time the kids leave anyways, so what was the point.).
When I was studying to become a JW there was a passage in the Bible that a pioneer sister showed me about Paradise. I don't remember it now but it was the one in the front of the NWT Bible and it basically said "Don't worry about the people you love; if they don't go to Paradise you will forget them completely. " How comforting. I was only 15-16 at the time, and I was supposed to be grateful for God's gift of Oblivion and not care that my entire worldly family would be erased from Jehovah's memory if I couldn't convert them.
may you all have peace!
i find it funny... as in peculiar... that from adam until today... "we"... get our kicks blaming god.
starting with adam, who said, "the woman... that you gave me... she... made me... eat," we have this penchant to look everywhere but in the mirror.
Because, dear Orbit... God... is only responsible... for the former. While it is true that He "created" chaos... He did so for HIS purpose. It is our misuse of it... as well as the Adversary's... that has led us here.
If there is a God, It can't be selective about what It is responsible for. If God exists, God is solely responsible for everything. I do not believe in God, I believe autonomous beings are responsible for their own behavior.
I try.
may you all have peace!

Why is it socially acceptable to thank God for blessings but not socially acceptable to blame God for tragedies? Aren't they two sides of the same coin?
Omiecoop,
If you know HTML, you can copy the code and paste it wherever you want to use it. To copy the code, right-click on the page and select View Source. After that a Notepad window will open with the code that the person used to create this effect. Select and copy the necessary code, paste it in the body of your website (or wherever), and viola! It doesn't seem there are any rights on the code, since the person who is exhibiting the clock hasn't cited them. So have fun.
Edited to Add: It is a wonderful little accessory, but be careful not to over use it.
