I lost 70 lbs about 7 years ago, and kept it off for 5 years, however I have put most of it back on. I started 2 months ago and have lost 13 lbs. Anyone on this forum need some encouragement. I am counting points the Weight Watchers way (on my own) and have started to exercise. I really want to get back into my size 10 jeans!

what an interesting and unusual experience.. a good friend of mine who is based in toronto, but whom is originally from the niagara penninsula, has been dabbling in video and 8mm short film.
he's also a local independent musician, and honestly, the nicest person you could ever meet.
The Sundance Film Festival is a great place for independent films. I want to go there to see Robert Redford, even if he's getting up there in years. I just remember him from The Way We Were.
on may 30th, rachel marie, the 16 year old daughter of a coworker of mine, was killed in a car wreck.
she would have been 17 on june 23d.
i did not know the girl; i barely know her father, but out of respect for a coworker and enpathy for his loss i attended her funeral today.. to their credit, those who prepared for the service had done quite a fine job.
This is such a tragedy. It's the time of year where we hear young people dying by drowning or accidents in our local lakes. My heart goes out to their families.
I am thankful for every day I am alive.

here's a few to start:.... "muster up boldness", "sound down into our hearts","satan's crafty acts", "paradisaic", "young ones"," discernment".....these are just a few of the more irritating.
