Ethical question here, what to do?

hey all, i have a hypothetical ethical question.. i know for a fact (having heard directly from the now-adult) a certain man molested at least 2 children in the the 1970's.

of course at the time this wasn't discussed and the creepo has gotten off virtually scott free.. i just found out some interesting medical information on him and was wondering if this should be shared with his victims.. of course this is hypothetical, right, i work in the health care profession and am bound by law not to divulge personal medical history.. that being said: the information of this guy doesn't have a lick to do with the past.

I believe under new HIPAA regs. you personally can be fined for releasing info that you have access to to the public. Depending on your position, it could be $50,000 to $250,000 bucks...

well its been over a week since i last posted here, i dont have access from my home since im using an outdated browser, i still read this board every day.

i will contiunue to check in here every now and then, but i cant post on a daily basis anymore, it just got too time consuming to have to run to the mall, or the library to post.

i look forward to reading all your topics, and if one in particular catches my eye i will do my best to get myself to a computer.. .

My GF had a flat tire this AM too. I wanted her to take my truck but she doens't like driving stick. Riding it is fine, but not driving...

ANYWays, I didn't ride my motorcycle to work, even though it was a "Spare the Air" day. BAH!

I'm wondering if its because of the bad luck of Friday the 13th, or because our complex is under construction by a bunch of lazy buggers who probably leave screws and nails all around the parking lot....

Walmart or Target?

I simply HATE walmart. Everytime I go there, I leave with a headache. Either from the other customers, or the workers, something always pisses me off.

I only go when I'm in dire need of something cheap. When I go I'll go through the tire center and pay there, so I can avoid most of the people and workers.

Target is nice to walk around, and the lines are pretty fast. The girls there are much more pretty at Target.
