  What novels have you been reading recently? Recommend any?

  i've always been a bit of a reader - but only reading about topics i find interesting, e.g.

  natural history, dinosaurs, etc.. recently i've started to select, buy and read novels.. this year i've bought and read frankenstein (mary shelly), dracula (bram stoker), the hound of the baskervilles (a. conan doyle), 'salem's lot (stephen king), jurassic park (michael crichton) and the firm (john grisham).. i have an inclination towards horrors and thrillers.. what fiction have you been reading?.

  could you recommend anything?.

  I recently obtained several classic novels and a book rack from a moving sale. I set up the book rack and books. My wife saw that one of the books is Stoker's Dracula and she got upset and said that she is uncomfortable with it because he drinks blood. It just makes me mad that she let's the cult influence her. Things like this have made our marriage fail.

  Onthewayout - They may be for smaller government, but they are not going to change what currently exists.

  And remember the goal is anti Hillary and Anti Trump.

  I like Libertarian party because they believe in social liberalism and fiscal conservatism.

  They give the most freedom.
  

  The Republicans are social conservative and fiscal conservative. they give the least freedom.

  The democrats are for social liberal and fiscal liberalism. Also less freedom.

  It is not about race, but about power. Cops just want the power over people.

  What other occupation can one shoot or kill an unarmed person and then get paid administrative leave, have a grand jury determine whether there will be charges. A normal person would be arrested and charged right away.

  What we see are cops acting in fear. They need to take a step back and reassess the situation. It is not necessary to cuff and bring the person in. They need to learn to let it go. But it is the mentality that their job performance is being judged so they need to ticket, cite, or arrest someone.

  Your opinion about dating sites?

  i have been a jw all my life, while i also have a "spiritual divorce", which means i can remarry a jw again.

  i am not sure if i want to go that route again and dating in the jw world feels like a struggle sometimes.

  with all the rules.

  There is no such thing as a dating site. They are introduction services.

  If I were single I would use match.com. you can see pictures and learn some things before contacting.

  As said above, dating a JW is a mistake. you have to live by follow the rules and then your marriage is so divided.

  anyway , i was wondering if fb pages are actually allowed , i thought the wt frowned upon them ?

  For the women, get a blonde wig, if you don't have long blonde hair, and a light blue dress and dress up like Danaryous Targaryan and a name badge that says Khaleesi (or other GoT characters) and see people's reactions. Hack into the sound system and play Raines of Castamere or Game of Thrones theme.

  i have just talked with the wtbts service department at 718-560-5000.. you can contribute for hurricane katrina relief efforts through your local kingdom hall and put your donation in the contribution box marked for the world wide work.

  you may also send donations directly to the branch office... to the brooklyn address.

  donations should be marked for the world wide work and not specificically reserved for relief efforts.

  Giving for disaster relief is good. But just for the operation of a religion is bad. I would rather people donate to an animal shelter than a religion.

  How will BREXIT affect Watchtower's interpretation of Daniel's prophecies?

  now that the uk has voted to leave the eu i wonder how this will impact watchtower's thinking about the end times prophecies in daniel and revelation?.

  will trump win the presidency, and if so, will he and whoever is in charge of the uk form a new anglo-american power?

  what about the ten kings ruling in the time of the end?.
