would anyone be interested in an aposta-crawfest here in the dfw area?.
before i start doing any legwork on this i would like to get a head count.. "as every one knows, there are mistakes in the bible" - the watchtower, april 15, 1928, p. 126 .
PPPPSSSSTTTTTT this is Xena posting on tyydyy's username
I used up all my posts So I have been driven to this dishonest practice by the "evil one" or as some call him "Simon"...he limits my posts you know I heard he does it to other people too...but I think that is just a rumor!
I heard the magic word "sex" and felt drawn to post...
I was wondering about he differences between men and women.
Could it be that women leave for different reasons than men? Do men tend to leave because of evidence and logic? Do women tend to leave because they were mistreated by the system that holds down women? Or could it be the loss of family? We all come to the same place eventually but what was the reason initially. What was the straw that broke the camels back?
I'm with Out on this one. I tried to post earlier but I was over the limit.
Unless you have something to substantative to say, why say it? Pete2, what was your other identity? I don't see how someone with 10 posts could jump in and say those things. You obviously have been here before using another identity.
i've been depressed big time over all the fights, attacks, flame wars, bickering, complaining and what have you that seems to dominate the board these days.. i've just decided that there is no point in my bringing down myself any further and that i don't have anything of value to offer here, especially since it takes as much emotional effort to insulate myself from my friends behaving badly, that i just can't seem to offer much in the way of positive vibes.. i will check back some time (maybe a month or so0 down the road to see if this place has gotten any more mellow and friendly but until then.... hasta la vista and the best of luck to you.
I wanted to say the same thing but you said it so much better than I could.
I came from Timothy Campbell's board where I was constantly debating the issues and I came here because of the fluff. I was more of a community and made me feel normal again. I don't think it's healthy to dwell on the hateful things the Borg does, too much. We need to talk to each other about the changes we go through every day. Those changes aren't always about whether we believe the Bible or not. Sometimes those changes are how we feel about what color our kids snot or whether Brittany's boobs are real or not.
There are many things that I wasn't able to discuss freely for 36 yrs. To me, the fluffers are the most important posters. Someday I hope to be as caring, loving, entertaining and healing as the fluffers on this board.
I'd like to try the 80's for a week. I think it would be fun watching all the people walking around in tight shirts and short jogging shorts. Hearing Howard Jones and Wang Chung on the radio. I'd like to see Stevie Ray Vaughn live in a little club in Austin. I'd like to laugh at the TV shows like Chips and The Six Million Dollar Man.
fort worth a judge on friday raised bond to $250,000 for a nurse's aide charged with murder after a homeless man she hit died in her garage with his body lodged in her car's windshield.. chante j. mallard, 25, had been released on $10,000 bail after she was arrested wednesday.
but at a bond hearing friday, prosecutors said that amount was too low.. state district judge james r. wilson raised the amount and said ms. mallard must be under house arrest, wear an electronic monitor, continue counseling, avoid alcohol and undergo drug testing.
the judge also imposed a gag order in the case.. ms. mallard was charged with murder this week in the slaying of gregory glenn biggs, 37, a former fort worth school bus driver whose body was found dumped last october at cobb park on fort worth's south side.. "it truly is one of the most bizarre things i have ever seen," said fort worth police lt. david burgess, a supervisor in the traffic division.
OK, so what if a person comes into my house and attacks me, and I kill them? Now, mind you it isn't an accident or something that just happened during a struggle, but I just upped and blew his head off with my 40 cal. as soon as I got the chance to. Would I be guilty of a hate crime?
No, I don't think that would be a hate crime. That would be putting more value on your own life than on someone who could possibly take yours.
I do believe that the law's definition of 1st degree murder is sufficient to be called a hate crime.
