Are Witnesses fundny's? .. too right they are. I watched a debate yesterday about the teaching of 6 day Creationism alongside Evolution in American schools. Unbelievable. As far as I know, in Australia there is no such debate even in christian schools.

Why is it Americans are driven to go over the top with everything?

YK & Friday Totally Out Of Touch With Reality

i've just had a few beers with my old mate ray, the non-jw husband of sausage lucy.. poor guy, he's never been remotely interested in jw's, he thinks that they are a bunch of losers.

unfortunately for ray, he met lucy when she was a frisky ex-dub, but now that she has seen the light, ray had better conform or else!.

poor ray has just been kicked out of his house for the umpteenth time, lucy is now getting to be regarded as a "domestic" by the somerset police.. ray's crime?

Merry Xmas English,

Several of my sisters did that same thing to thier worldly husbands. Even though i was a witness at the time Derry, Peter, John and Paul came to me for sympathy, bloody women! lol Derry is now happily married to a nice methodist girl (Lorraine is now a spiritualist), Paul is now a JW married to someone elses sister(Dianne is a regular witness), John lives somewhere in the bush (Angela is married to an Elder), Peter is living with a woman between trips to the nuthouse (Joanne is a single dub on the prowl)

Ever heard of a chap called Paul? I believe you'll find the answer to your assursion:

ok boys and girls did santa come to your house or what?.

me, i opened an assortment of colorful packages this afternoon, chocolates, chocolates and more chocolates .. two books, one on ancient egypt and the other a guide to bush tucker plants, two videos, one the moulin rouge, the other the hitchikers guide to the galaxy, a galileo pendulum lol, one of those profile pin art things and various perfumes and bathing equipments.. give?

who me .. lots of presents for the girls but they were most happy with the mobile phones.. cheers, glutonous unc, off for a swim

You're preaching that if I tell the Holy Spirit to go take a running leap into the lake of fire it's curtains for my soul but if i slice and dice my neighbours kids with a carving knife and do unspeakable things to thier bodily remains your bible god will grant me eternal life .. mmm that'd be right .. What is this theory of yours, a typical perversion of what the ancient texts were on about or a view sympathetic with old testament Yawheh, God of butchery and mayhem.

This is really great. Now I know who I'm insult'n. LOL. I've been watching you gradually loosen up your real ID. I was scared when i first came 'on air' too but after a while we realise there is no big boogy man gonna come get us by posting our email adresses or photo's. It was easy for me .. I doubt my own mother would reconise me with this face rug .. I'm sure she'd know my name though.

I am as guilty as anyone in taking the piss out of you this year, nothing personal. I hope you understand that it's mostly just a response to your followers liing and saying crazy things about you. Sorry I can't resist having a dig at your followers ... perhaps it's a legacy of nasty old 'spoilsport' Rutherford .. more likely it's my own incapacity to just let other people be happy in thier chosen beliefs... i often wonder what you and Elvis think of your fans.

Just as Judge Rutherford killed Santa Claus and took away simple joys like caroling and wishing one another "merry christmas", the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society made hollow people out of us to the extent that on leaving the cult we have to learn how to celebrate life and all its joys. Naturally this in no way excuses my actions, i'd meet adversaries with contempt even if i'd never heard of the bible, jehovah or the brooklyn bible scholars. It's just my way and if i have to back track with grovelling cap in hand now and then, so be it.

Oh course I don't believe You, Elvis or Father Christmas will read this but admit you three have many positive benifits for mankind as a whole. Please help me forgive your nasty judgemental followers Lord, they know not what they do.

Greek heroes & the nephalim

can anyone remember this being in print or hearing the same thing .... i remember more than one talk where the suggestion was made that the larger-than-life greek heroes were the same nephalim or "mighty ones of old" mentioned in the bible.. does anyone else remember this?

Apart from the obvious joke about a christian think tank being a contradiction in terms i found the site reasonable but not addressing my assertion that Paul cleverly wove his Christ myth to suit his audience. Off course he didn't plaugerize the Hindu or Mithran stories wholesale. I for one have never claimed that and Paul wouldn't have been too bright if he'd been as overt as that.
