  Sort of reminds me of a Christain church that was hit by lightning and burned up not far from here. I wonder how the congregation felt about that.

  I've having a hard time dealing with the present time in my life

  i don't have any problems that i am dealing with but i can't seem to enjoy the present.

  everywhere i go i recall the past life with my family when i was young and they were alive.

  i remember the houses we called on when i was a jw with my dad and mother, cousins etc.

  I've been flying R/C planes for 40 years now. I used to go to alot of contest for pattern flying and have several trophies but don't go anymore. I still enjoy my flying and my brother has started flying battery powered ones. I also sailed R/C boats for several years and have several trophies for that too. Now that I have time to play it doesn't seem as much fun as when I worked. Good night y'all.

  I feel better already, just thinking positive has helped and realizing I'm so lucky to have a good wife and be so free of physical problems. I also took a little walk. I think I will be OK. Thanks for all the good responses to my post. I'll keep you up to date on my progress. I think I will go fly my R/C airplane tomorrow with my brother.

  Thanks for the suggestions. I just got my yearly check up last week. I didn't mention my blues though. Everything else was OK, except my blood pressure was close to high and I have been checking it lately. It's borderline I think.

  Usually about 145 over 78.

  I think I just need to chill out and forget my age.

  I don't have any problems that I am dealing with but I can't seem to enjoy the present. Everywhere I go I recall the past life with my family when I was young and they were alive. I remember the houses we called on when I was a JW with my dad and mother, cousins etc. I go by some of the old houses my grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins lived in and I get melancoly remembering those times. I miss my family so much lately, don't know why. I think I may have a form of depression. I hope it's not the beginning of Alzheimers. I can't remember names anymore and it makes me so mad when I try to remember old movie stars and people I worked with. I don't enjoy my old hobbies now. I can't seem to get really interested in anything like I used to do. Any suggestions?

  The Daniel book is the only one I can remember. I was the congregation book study conductor back in the sixties before the congregations were intergrated here in the south and this one was in a black's home. We sort of grew up together as friends, my grandmother studied with this family and they became JWs. Most of them are dead now. The bro. who owned the home we used as the meeting place and I used to play in the yard when my grandmother studied with his mother and grandmother. We called her aunt Nettie, don't remember why. They lived in the same area my Grandmother Hicks lived, none of my mothers relatives became JWs. I enjoyed my youth back then.

  (Mat 18:19 NIV) "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven."

  All you need to do is find someone to agree with you and unless Christ was lying it will be done.

  Satanists, do you fear them or trash them?

  are you afraid of the power of occultists and satanists?

  do you think their magical arts can truly harm people?

  or are you confident that their power can easily be neutralised by reciting biblical verses or by wearing a crucifix?

  There was a group of Satanists here a few years ago who had killed people in thier rituals. I would stay away from people like that. I'm not afraid of some devil in a spirit world or a God either, or ghost, but people who believe in such things can be dangerous.
