Think of the Witness TV could give

hundreds of channels, hundreds of topics..... 24 hours a day 365 days a year.. yet instead of taking the "truth" to the masses over the worldwide tv airwaves, jw's ignore the mass media, prefering instead the door to door approach of the first century ce.
i have my ideas..... what are yours?

Just be Prepared .....
by VitoJW in.... if they are climbing the ladder types, or want a notch in their belt, they will try to persuade him to wait for the co visit... then they will "delete" him instead.... giving themselves a fine pat on the back for not allowing any leaven to corrupt the flock.... trust me...... i've been there.

Pub Record Card Policy
by VitoJW ini remeber in a bofe meeting with co, the comment was made by the co that w/o having the pub's record card on file, a congregation could not df someone, or at least would have to be very careful in doing so for legal reasons.
i thought at the time that he may have gotten his info from a letter from bethel.. has anyone else heard of such?
maybe i make them an offer they cannot refuse........

The Outlines, and Titles come from Bethel (HQ). The instructions on each outline say to stick to the material as written.
However, most speakers freewheel a little, because if they didn't the damn boring outlines would put everyone to sleep. But if a stickler elder wants to, he can call the speaker aside for "private counsel" if the speaker takes too much liberty with the script.

baptized at 14. pioneered after high school and was accepted to bethel when i was 19. got booted from bethel on my 21st b-day because someone exposed me for underage drinking prior to my 21st b-day.
after i left bethel, nothing was ever the same, and my eyes began to be opened and i started seeing more clearly.

tho i have lurked, this is my first real post.. i was doing "personal research" for the last 5 years, tho was helped along recently when i was deleted as an elder because i work for a company owned by a disassociated jw.
there is no real definitive info in print, other than the infamous 9/15/81 wt, but the co held a mini-crusade and got me axed.. nothing personal,.... just business.
