i haven't really been on here in like, a year.

he also has a spot as host on radio 3aw in melbourne .. he then talks about the up coming convention at etihad stadium of jehovahs witnesses and some of their weird beleifs.. he then talks about a 21 year old girl who defends the shunning process on his talk back radio program which he didnt appreciate.. overall an interesting article if you can read it wherever you are .. i sent him an e-mail in relation to his article , if you read it you might like to do so as well.

i was publicly reproved last year and the elders have taken their sweet time in reinstating my "privileges".

Scared...you will always find caring friends here, so I'm happy you found this site. I have daughters a bit older than you so I empathize with your situation.
Most importantly, remember that you are a wonderfully unique being who has a right to bloom in this world. This "religion" of your mother has nothing to do with your personality or your purpose. Try to take a step back and realize that your mom has been misled into thinking her way is the right way. Allow her to have her beliefs while realizing that they really have nothing to do with you. Hard as it may be, try to have compassion for her delusions as that's her reality right now.
As for you...learn to love yourself and remember that you are a precious person in your own right. Find strength as you walk down the paths you will discover as you find your future.
