court shouldn't regulate one's right to have sex .

I am all for paying for child support. But are the children really getting the support or is the money being spent on oneself, boyfriend, or girlfriend? Parents who receive child support should be required to account on a regular basis how and where the money is being spent. Any unused money should be put in trust fund for the children. I have seen to many children suffer while the parent is living a "high" lifestyle with children's money.

In regards to regulating birthing due to overpopulation, education, education, education. I am tempted to tell people who advcate regulation, to relagate themselves from this earth.

I am in the same predicament as yourself. There times when I feel that I want to disassociate myself, but then I remember that I have many family and friends who are jws. So why don't u just try to fade away so that you will be able to talk to your friends? That's what I am strving to do. I have done it for almost 2 years.

Whichever course u choose to take, there are many people on here that will not abandon u.

I am not trying to give her hard time. Nor am I claiming she hasn't found something astounding in her medical research (I am not in the medical field). But when someone posts on board they should expect to be challenged on the content of their writing. In this case 2+2 doesn't equal 5 (I am a CPA..used my calculator); only in a Borg world. That's all I am saying.

Which meeting was the hardest to attend for you ?

for me i think it was the sunday meeting.. just wanting to stay home and sleep in.. but i think the watchtower study was the hardest to sit threw... you had to have it studied before hand.. and highlighted.. then sit there and listen to it all over again..

I liked all of them except the Public talk, WT Study, Service Mtng, Ministry School, and Book stuy. Other than these I loved them all.

Ps...I forgot I also didn't fancy circuit assembly..oh..and district convention.

Ps...One more, all the "special" talks...where u say to everyone u meet "that was such a good talk..the best"

How come you didn't turn the findings (access to your private phone call) to police and better yet hire a lawyer?

You say fraud....turn that evidence to police and better yet hire a lawyer.

this is a question my df mother would like me to post for her:.

would it be morally right to go back to the jws, even though she doesn't feel it is god's org?

she would do this in order to speak with her life long friends and her youngest daughter, all of whom are quite emotionally distraught due to her dfing.

I am in a similar situation. All members of my family fleshly and by marriage are JW. I don’t believe in it anymore, but no one knows. To me this is a war. As such I take whatever steps I need to save my family - Survival. I think I can help them more by being inside rather than outside. Some people call this not being true to oneself. My mind it already free. It is the physical body that is in hostage. I had many occasion to be physically free. But I chose to stay a little bit longer to help free the others. At the end of the day, your mom has to make a decision based on her situation. There is no solution that fits all. Whichever road she plans to take, wish you well.
