  having been moved by your recent posts, i find myself terrified by my precarious position as one associated with scurrilous apostate scum.

  billy graham, world-famous evangelist, has come to dallas, hallelujah!

  and the advertising is all over the place.

  one of the main slogans they're using in billboards and on the radio is, "he doesn't have all the answers... but he knows who does.".

  Meditation

  i was just reading a posting about demons, and a response mentioned something about meditating and how that might allow demons in.. i remember very clearly, back in the old days of going to the hall, there was speculation on that subject.

  how meditation was wrong, and that if you emtied your mind out, then demons would go in.

  how crazy is that?

  I took one lesson in martial arts. I became totally centered on my body. It was a wonderful experience. I was told that I had natural ability. I didn't feel demonized at all, only in control. Maybe that's why the organization doesn't like it. You gain control of your thoughts and your body.

  here is a chance for everyone to post their thought as to who is the phenom known, at this moment, as know_you.

  his posts show me, among other things, the following: intelligence, well rounded education, christian background/faith, long time jw, perhaps not jw at the moment, likely british, moral code.

  for those reasons, i think he is who previously used the name hillary-step.

  You_Know...er...Know_You: In my estimation, this man is a very sexy camper, who has a spiracle (no, not spiritual) personality, a man who loves words and causes others to love vocabulary. He is a man of integrity, stamina and good virtue. He lusts as only the greatest of men can lust and I am distracted by him. I can only worship this man from afar. He is as a great steeple that I can only raise my eyes up to with full devotion and be shattered by the fruitlessness of it all. I must go an eternity (and longer!) without him. He is kindred to me and yet there are walls that keep us apart. How will I endure it???? Do tell.

  i will not be on much in the next couple of days.

  just found out that my aunt passed away yesterday morning, after a long battle with cancer.

  she defied doctors diagnosis for years.

  i have sequins glued to my forehead, paint on my legs, and various craft articles strewn about me.

  i think i may have sewn some ribbion to my shorts...*spins in a circle to check*.

  Okay, okay, I gotta admit. I like the soft feeling of cotton caressing my fingers. I also buy my yarn on a (recyclable) spire, sort of like a church spire. Hey, I would LOVE some 70s jewelry, Sabine. hint hint

  Joanna, I meant to comment on your beautiful quilt. That is absolutely cool. And the baby IS darling, too!
