  Gas Prices

  we have been informed in dayton that gas prices will go up by midnight by 4 dollars a gallon.

  i hope this is another false alarm, but i am filling up in either case.

  JW's AND THE RISING DEATH COUNT!

  do you remember when you were a beleiving jw and you heard of some catastrophy?.

  i remember feeling sick because on one hand i wanted the death count to be as high as possible to prove we were in the time of the end, and on the other hand thinking how tragic, i was sick because i had such twisted thinking and i couldn't shake it.. did anyone else feel that way when you were a jw?.

  if not how did you feel about these things?.

  as i was in the dentists chair this morning, i got the news and my heart just sank. i think of all those poor people and their grieving families, and my heart goes out to them.
  well, You Know, i have to say this: ....my money is on you.. i think you nailed it this time...
  what is the verse about them "growing faint out of fear"???
  all i can say is..stay tuned.....you guys ain't seen nothing yet....
  the fun begins when the terrorists are identified and recompense is sought by the United States.. oh, and not to mention the ramifications in the global markets....
  yep, like i said folks...."welcome to the GT.....and the finale is the Big A"..
  this is a day that will go down in world history.

  i was talking to jw's that i know about a book that i had read by ray franz.

  they told me that he was disfellowshipped because he was trying to the control the religion and bend it to his will.. i have read crisis of conscience and the first half of in search of christian freedom, and can tell from my heart that this is not the case.

  i see from his examples that he was truly trying to use scripture as his guide.. i am curious of other rumors that are/were circulating through the congregations about him, and on what "basis" they have been spread.

  The rumor spead because when people are afraid of something(what Ray write's about),they need rumors to make them feel they are right for staying with the WT.

  They need rumors so they will never get enough curiousity to investigate.

  They need rumors so they can tell themselves the Society is God's Organization.

  They need rumor because the WT is silent about Ray and why he let.

  They need rumors so they can not get their hopes dashed.

  They need rumors because they won't even beleive that anyone could leave the WT without being guilty of some sin.

  Did you ever have an experiance with Holy Spirit?

  i have never felt the intervention of the holy spirit in my life.

  maybe that is one of the reasons i never felt like a good christian.. i think someone can take any situation and say it was the holy spirit acting in their life if they want to believe bad enough.

  i saw my mother do this many times.. anyone here had any experiences that they felt was the holy spirit acting in their lives?

  where are all the demon possessed people?

  how come that when jesus was on earth there were so many demon possessd people .. imagine how scared people must have been, creeping down the street wondering whether the next person you met was crased by demons and was going to attack you.. so how did they work out that someone was possessed by demons, who told them?how did they know it wasnt just a disease or other afliction?.

  and were are all those demon possessions today ?.

  you would think that with all the comunication technology today that at least one example of a positivly demon possessed person could be presented to the midia somewere in the world.. or perhaps we cant tell if someone is possessed or not because there are no extra outwould signs and any disease they caused would show up like a normal disease in tests.. maybe we are all possessed and dont know it.

  I've never seen a ghost but when I was about 14 years old with a freind I played with the ougi board and asked it when I would get married and what would my wife's name be and I was told this:

  I would get married at 23 or 24 I don't remember(I got married four days after I was 23).
  And that my wife's name would be Marion which is correct.

  I think there were some other things like that but never any sightings.
