You have a very lopsided veiw of things I think.

Giving away the faults and misteps of the brothers is not "telling the truth"---not in Jehovah's judgment anyway---and Jehovah's legal opinions are the only ones that count. What Ray Franz divulged amounts to gossip---really. I know much more about the Society's shortcomings, as regards prophecy, then Ray Franz ever could have imagined, yet, I have no desire or inclination to set such stumbling blocks before others.
____________________________________________________________You need to be fair in aplying this. You can't just aply it to those who left.
To be fair you have to aply it to all, including the WT itself, to do otherwise is a double standard and gross hypocrisy.
And if we aply it to all equally then the WT should never piont out flaws of other religions.
Any religion can hide behide reasoning like yours, and then we should just except what ever they say because it's wrong to talk about their flaws.
Please be reasonable just this once, You Know!

Is the WT under a CURSE?!?!?!?!
by Winston ini would like to know your view, is the watchtower organization under a curse!!!?.
i feel they are; here is why:.
1) galatians 1:8 however even if we or an angel out of heaven were to declare to you as good news something beyond what we declared to you as good news let him be accursed.. has the watchtower gone beyond what paul declared as good news or is it the same as paul taught.. wt good news is all about them and how they are gods organization and if you recognize them you will be saved (of coarse they dont leave out jesus), its just that its of secondary importance because now his kingdom has been born and we all need to not doubt them that they are gods organization, to get life.. 2) 2peter3:16 mentions that some ...are twisting ,as they do the rest of the scriptures to their own destruction.. is the wt twisting scriptures to their own destruction?.

Is the wt twisting scriptures to their own destruction?
Do they follow the scriptures really, or do they give them a little twist here and their to fit what they want them to say?
Does the WT really love its members and would never think of keeping them in darkness on purpose.
Will they correct a wrong understanding of Scripture as soon as it is brought clearly and humbly to their attention, or will they DF the messenger.
Do these Scriptures only apply to those outside of the WT Org. or to anyone including the WT.I invite further imput.

Excuse me for getting a little mushy in my last post but I was overcome with sadness for some and what they been thru. I don't like to let my feeling show.

I've been a witness since I was 18 and I spent 29 years in it. I started to see some of the lies about maybe 10 years ago but still felt it was God's Org.
It was a painfull struggle, but I was finally able to put it all together in Febuary of this year.
As soon as I showed what I beleived to the elder's and others I was disfellowshiped. They offered no council. They were in a real hurry to shut me up, and kick me out. The brother that announce my Df'n to the Congregation last tuesday pratically shouted in to the michrophone when he did it. I sat in the 2nd row of seats. It all most felt like they were going to start clapping or something.

One thought just occurred to me.
You might want to tell you Doctor that you are one of JW and ask if that could be any cause for your depression. He may be able to refer you to a specialist that knows about mind control issues.The Never Ending Search For Truth
