  in another topic, julie stated a possibly ironic outcome of our quest for everlasting life: "wouldn't it be funny if it turned out that we get one life, no immortality, and all these people wasted their whole lives fighting about who was right or wrong about the details of an immortality that doesn't exist?".

  in a universe where all things are possible, consider another possible outcome: wouldn't it be funny if it turned out that a higher intelligence exists, is planning an infinite future of good times for humanity, to the awesome delight felt by all these people who spent their whole lives searching for the truth?.

  julie, if you're out there, stop selling yourself short with negative "what if" scenarios.

  Apostate minimum qualifications

  i was a baptized jw, so now i, to the best of my understanding, am regarded as an apostate by jw's in good standing.. my daughter was never baptized, but she so wants to be an apostate that i have taken pity on her and decided to find out if she qualifies anyway.

  she was brought up as a jw.

  after i left her dad, she mostly lived with him so that the indoctrination could continue.. she lost her religion anyway, so is there any hope for her to be considered an apostate.

  hhhhmmmm have been told I look like Princess Diana (probably just the same name syndrome) but I don't see it...

  

  also when my hair was dark I was told I look like Demi Moore (I WISH)

  .

  This is my first try on the pic thing...so here goes....

  darn Diana isn't working...sigh..trying a different one..I don't like it as much..but oh well..here goes

  ok boys and girls did santa come to your house or what?.

  me, i opened an assortment of colorful packages this afternoon, chocolates, chocolates and more chocolates .. two books, one on ancient egypt and the other a guide to bush tucker plants, two videos, one the moulin rouge, the other the hitchikers guide to the galaxy, a galileo pendulum lol, one of those profile pin art things and various perfumes and bathing equipments.. give?

  who me .. lots of presents for the girls but they were most happy with the mobile phones.. cheers, glutonous unc, off for a swim

  Still waiting for everyone to wake up to open gifts!!!! lol Bethany begged to open one last night so we let her....baby doll with multiple outfits and other baby stuff...she is sleeping with her now.

  Smoked salmon, eggs & champagne....how many huggs and kisses does it take to get invited??? lol we will probably have bacon, eggs, biskets and gravy or gingerbread pancakes..and of course coffee and juice..

  hhhhhmmmmm should I start banging pans together in hopes they will get up???
