I only recently heard of this, and still don't know how true it is. Apparently it's NOT being used as a recruitment tool. I agree, tax dollars shouldn't go to elective surgery.

I know that if I was a Jew, I certainly would insist on keeping all the Arabs out. I would know that my own people is capable of doing horribble things also, but most of the time danger for me would come from :"the other side". I don't think they want to keep all the Arabs out, they just want positive control.
The sad thing is that neither the Jews nor the Palestinians are on the right side. I agree
My history knowledge is'nt great but I know that Israel (the land was owned, inhabitat by local Arab tribes ?) Actually no, it was occupied by local arabs, but much of it was owned by the Ottomans (Turks) was given to the surviving Jews all over the world. They bought large tracks of it. It is true they got a desert and they have cultivated the land. But the autochtones (who did'nt get a choice) never truly accepted the take-over from the Jews. They wanted there own land with there own laws.

And on top of that all: There are a lot of Muslim-terrorist poisoning the minds of young Arab childs, preaching hate and violence. VERY VERY TRUE
Israel is'nt getting the price for the best possible solutions or behaviour. They've tried other things, but Israelis kept dying...the more wall that goes up, the fewer Israelis that die...no suicide bomer has come out of The Gaza Strip since it was fenced off.
They are placing the Palestinians in very uncomfortable positions: bad or no schools, I've heart even no electricity in order to force the Palestinians out of there houses (or just demolish these houses in revenge actions). The Palestinians have been given money to make these improvements...they need to ask Arafat and friends where all this money is...and why Arafat is a billionare.
Both sides are wrong - but as said before, if I was a Jew, I would want this wall too. ME TOO>

Would it make it clearer if news reports were fairer and reported that the Oklahoma City Bombing was doen by "Christian Terrorists".
So many of these groups such as the KKK seem to have bible-based agendas. I guess it's easier to just focus on mulslims though eh?

To some extent you have a point Simon, but, if you'd watched the US media a bit closer you'd see that some WERE calling him a Christian terrorist, though his philosophy was white supremicism, not christianity. He and the White Power churches and the KKK have been denounced by mainstream Christian groups all over the world...not so our muslim firends.

NO ONE is using this report for anything...You'll notice that I prefaced my comments with "IF TRUE".
The original report I say ran it as a regular news story...I thought it was Rueters but it might have been UPI.
Considering that there is nothing on the news, nothing on the internet, nothing anywhere, I would assume that this is just more internet bulls*t.
Maybe people should try backing up they're claims before posting garbage here. Sound like a good idea?

I just can't see where there's this huge (or even very small) difference in the underlying mentality of a JW, evangelical, or fundy, who dream of the day (and gleefully read literature depicting the bloody glory of it all) when God throws the unbelievers into hell (or in the case of JW's "destroys" them) and the radical Islamist who takes it upon himself to do what he believes to be God's will by killing non-muslims.
I just can't. Sorry! That is just plain scary, it means you have no moral bearing whatsoever. There is a huge difference between those who believe it's ok to kill innocent people and those who hope in God for Justice. That would also very logically mean that you would see it as ok to punish christians for hoping in God the way a Terrorist is punished for beheading someone.
I think your use of the phrase "mete out justice" is sugar-coating. Mete out justice = throw into hell/murder permanently. See, you keep bringing your JW understanding of what Christians say hell is into this conversation. You were misinformed by the JW's sorry. Those in hell are NOT DEAD...and they are EXACTLY where they want to be. Those in hell do NOT want to be with God...so they are in the only place in creation where they can be away from him...Hell. It's not a literal lake of burning fire....They are consumed with the fire of their hate for God
