  To understand the Bible you need the help of the Holy Spirit. Unfortunately when you decided to leave Jehovahs Organization, Jehovah's spirit no longer resides in you. That is why so many are confused in this forum. Everyone throws all kinds of explanations and reasonings on scriptures. Some just don't believe the Bible any longer. Really, it's very sad. See, Jehovah can see what is in our heart. Jehovah refines his own people and basically cleans out the trash. That's what he does with apostates. He sees the pride in their hearts blinding them. He sees their rebellious behaviour toward his annointed servants. And he makes a house cleaning.

  I have been cleansed out too, for I am disfellowshipped. But I deserved the discipline and I am trying to reconsile with Jehovah.

  it's pretty much assured that stratton will lose in court.

  but the decision handed down may have the effect of strongly.

  defining how the door to door work can be legally limited.. it may emphasize that 'do not calls' are on solid legal ground.

  I think it's a good idea. It would make the JWs service much easier with a list of no-calls. That would leave it clear those that are interested and those that are not. Damn, those JWs win again.

  will you ask jehovah for a second chance?.

  will you seek to protect your young children?.

  Will you seek to protect your young children?

  Will you laugh at Jehovah?

  Will you cry?

  Will you run for your life?

  Will you try to hide?

  Will you scream to Jehovah that you did not have enough time to change?

  Will you feel proud that you helped others leave Jehovahs safe-heaven (organization)?

  Will you run to a JW family member trying to get the last minute details for survival?

  Will you be glued to the T.V. watching as the world comes to an end?

  Will you commit suicide to end it as soon as possible?

  At this time, I am disfelloshipped so I have asked myself these questions. I have not made an attempt to go back to the meetings, but I am thinking about it.

  I don't believe Ray Franz was ever an instructor. He was a student and a missionary. The four names above are those of the present day instructors.

  englishman has a thread about the generation idea and the apostates - most interesting.

  after reading this, it occured to me it would be interesting to go to the official watchtower internet site and use there search function on different words and see what they had to say.

  here is what i found out.. first of all, they do not show complete articles.

  Yes, Simon was merciful. He's a good guy. But obviously you're not Outlaw, all you do is insult without being provoked.

  Larc, I did express only my opinion based on those two facts. You did not alarm me with your comment, I was only trying to point out that not everything is a conspiracy. I am sure many appreciate another view to the conspiracy theories that fly around in this forum.

  No need to turn on me, I only posted my opinion, not a fact.

  I would also like to add that it is sometimes hard for young Bethelites to have online additions approved by brothers that are 60 to 70 years old and don't have a clue about the exposure of the internet. As younger ones move up, they will make changes and use the internet more.

  I hope your problem is not serious. At least it's good that you're doing something about it.

  Not too long ago I had stomach ulcers and it was hell just going through all the tests to figure out what I had. It turned out o.k. and with medicine I was able to control it.

  It's scary but hang in there.
