  this post is pretty long so i just thought that i'd warn you.. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>.

  w: yes he is but he is only the god of this world.

  after all if what these people say is true then anybody that dosent know what it is in deep trouble.

  jerome: the odds of them coming over, listening to what u have to say shaking your hand, leaving and then spreading vicious rumors around is quite high in my opinion...fuck em...but thats just the angry, hostile side of me taklin ;)

  its my birthday friday!

  i have a bunch of "worldly" friends that i really care about and they are all planning on taking me out but i hesitate...i just only recently within the last 2 years started taking active interest in my birthday so i only have a minimal idea of what to feel...i know i will go out and get trashed and plastered but i want to know what it feels like...i dont know if this post makes any sense haha i think i'm gonna just drink myself into a nice stupor and pass out somewhere hahaha...any tips or advice from anybody here?

  be very very wary and cautious...word spreads like wildfire in a cong of someone in the community that has a negative outlook upon them...if u have ties to the jw's cut if off or get the gf to bail on em...rumors and "idle gossip" fly freely unless I remember my time incorrectly. Those territories cards have info on them and that info is circulated id imagine to elders and pioneers..etc so forth...unless u WANT to confront them in which case I wholeheartedly support yer adventures. Either shoot em dead in the face with info and fact after fact til they cant take it anymore or leave the issue totally alone and dont answer the door...I WAS a baptized witness, whatever thats worth, and sounds like u got yer info right jerome...

  of course the only thing beyond supreme one is supreme, supreme one.. maybe i should just wait until someone else joins you and larc and then we can make jokes about you all being the supremes ... i'll let you fight it out among yourselves as to who wants to be diana ross .

  Any ExJW kids out there?

  i am 7 years old and would like to make some friends with any ex jw kids out there.. i like music, dancing, movies (just saw clockstoppers, it was awesome), books.

  we are about to move and i made a house out of the boxes!

  my mom says i should be an engineer when i grow up because i can make lots of neat things with the boxes!.

  hi bubbles..my daughter isnt old enuff to type or talk just yet but I am sure that she will type as smart as u when she does! Yah shrek was a great movie..heh heh i liked it a lot...yah its good to see young ones showing independant thought...brings hope to me for my baby girl...SMILE BUBBLES!

  Who shuns you?

  after reading a number of posts it sounds like most of you have been shunned even by your immediate family members (parents, brothers, sisters)after you were df'd.. i am shunned by my sister-in-law - but she's it out of the entire family.

  my uncle, brothers, mother, and father (an elder before he passed away) all continued to associate with me - we even go out to dinners together.. so here's my question - is my family the minority?

  i thought that only non-family members had to shun you but family was ok as long as they don't discuss spiritual issues.

  my elder dad, my overly faithful mom and pioneer sis...the only family I had for years...they cut me off from the rest of my extended non jw family...I got that extended family back so all good now but damn i do miss mom, dad and sis every now and then...I lost em forever or until I go back to being a jw or hell freezes over...

  Letting JW relatives go....revisited

  some of you might remember i posted my thoughts on why, after years of shunning, and me continually trying to establish contact with the jw relatives that do this, i finally decided it was healthier for me to let them go and stop doing that.

  this was especially true in the case of my younger brother, who was more like a best friend.

  we spent a lot of time together before my extricating myself from the watchtower, including vacations and lots of weekends.
