I had attempted to add more to the post in the middle of it my Internet booted me off. So I lost what had been said.
This time of the year is about re- committing to my life. Reflecting what my commitments are. Some of the commitments are tested by the ghosts of my past. Some of letting go to those who no longer work for me. And those which are working for me now.
Its anniversary time for me. My sobriety gets tested at each and every sobreity anniversay . It close to leaving jw's. Ending a marriage. Custody of children and coming home to myself with my sexuality.
I do have a long list of commitments. 20 yrs ago I could'nt say one. I feel its important to acknowledge commitments. Gives a perspective on life. And a gauage in life.
This will be continued. I am afraid my internet is going to boot me off. I don't want to lose what I have shared.

just got home from simon and garfunkel's old friends tour!
they opened the tour in detroit saturday night, and we got tickets for the sunday show at the palace.
Yes, Simon and Garfunkel 
are my all time favorites. My past theme song " I am a rock". With lot's of therapy that has changed. Just reminds me where I had been.
They are playing here in Minneapolis-St. Paul area this coming week-end. My head nurse has two tickets to sell for 114.00 dollars a piece. Too spendy for me.

Yes I did respond to SilentLambs regarding my feelings on the matter. I did say instead of dumping a bomb to have stated the purpose of sharing this e-mail at the beginning. And what was done with the information that was received.
It's true I do have a choice whether I want to read on this site. I choose to read this post after reading my e-mail from SilentLambs. To check others feelings regarding this issue. Which validated my feelings .
I've talked about the abuses experienced in therapy and support groups. I took the risk publicly here to share my feelings. Whether those feelings are right or wrong they are my feelings. That is a huge risk on my part. I do have a thicker skin now I would'nt allow myself to go back into my shame. I feel for those who do.
It's all about breaking the silence.

Yes, I received this letter from SilentLambs in my e-mail. My reaction to the e-mail was sickening, disgusted and wanting to throw up.
I felt it was wrong to dump this letter to all those who are subscribe to SilentLambs No follow up to the letter. Kinda like dropping a bomb. It felt re- victimizing all over again. Am I the only one that feels that way. I question what purpose did this serve??? Am I off base??

spiders!!!
i can handle any other bug, snakes, mice, etc....but get me near a spider, and i nearly have a breakdown.. this morning, i went to grab some clothes from the bathroom to wash, felt something crawling on my arm, looked down, giant, hairy, brown spider.
i still have the heebie-jeebies, and i probably woke up the neighbors.. *shudder*.
Standing in line. Not having my back side exposed to the person behind me. I need to stand sideways. I think it stems from being abused.
