  thank you Loubelle - for having the courage to publicly talk about this. It affects many of us. It's shit.

  I totally get you. Sometimes it's like wanting to just crawl into a little hidey-hole, curling up, and staying there.

  What helped me immensely was finding out how common it is, many many people out there are or have had to deal with it. For me it made it normal, it's not something to be ashamed of or hidden. Thankfully the stigma is starting to fall away and it's viewed now as medical, not craziness.

  ok, i'm not one for conspiracy theories but lately i've uncovered some interesting facts that i think warrant some attention.. first of all, russell was a freemason.

  all the early watchtower and books he authored have freemason symbology and art throughout them.

  not a big deal i thought, until i read more about freemasons and the so-called "illuminati", a group of 13 families that supposedly control the world.. supposedly these 13 families, such as the duponts, mcdonalds, kennedys, .

  are there any freemasons who post here?

  if you don't want to add to the thread then feel free to pm me.. one of my close friends is a mason and has encouraged me to consider joining but everything i have known about the masons in the past has been negative - all bigoted jw speak.

  from what i have researched they are a fraternity who hold near christian moral values and cannot understand the vitriol the witnesses hold for them.. i have also seen pictures of rutherford's grave in a masonic cemetary so cannot understand why they would aim such negativity against a group which their founder belonged to.. can anyone shed any light on this?
