  in may 2000 the cosmic people of light powers appealed to the presidents of the czech and slovak republic for a personal meeting on any airport or bigger grass tract.

  we've woken this morning to see steady light rain here on the eastern seaboard.

  oh, it feels good!

  but it's not enough to solve the problem, unfortunately, and in the interior especially, things are grim.

  just wanted to vent about work a bit here...blahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.in case you donot know,i work in a grocery store(whoo hoo).the costumers have been so craaaannnkkiiiee!!

  i just work there and i'm always the brunt of their hard days or the way food orders come..etc.some woman was b@#tching at me because things are not like the the compition(sp) stores.

  i just look at them and try my best to smile............

  did you ever study with a person, who then got baptized, and rapidly became a ministerial servant or elder in no time, and displayed a superiority complex over you, just because he climbed the ladder faster than you did?

  What are your current beliefs on God and the bible

  when i first left the wts initially my intentions were to continue studying the bible on my own.

  but now i really don't see the bible as being a true source of guidance.

  as a witness i used to constantly read in the articles that god loves mankind, but how much love could there be if there are so many different religions all claiming to be the right one?

  The bible is a history book to start with. It talks alot about the past. It is a prophetic book, because it talks about the futur, but I think it is coded to a certain extent, so that even if you read it, you can't understand much. (The book of revelation for example). If the bible was easier to understand, less religions would exist. I believe it to be inspired, but not well understood.

  seems that the page view out number the posters who actually reply to the thread.. my guess is that there's alot of active jws who are still active within' the so called "truth" are visiting this forum and reading all the threads.

  i don't blame them for not wanting to reply for fear of being found out.. how many of you were still active when you found a forum like this one and lurked around for a long time?

  how many of you left the organization as a result of reading this forum or other forums like it?.

  I am inactive since years. I found this place about 2 months ago. I started posting 1 month ago. I am here because I know that nothing is invented here. These are true authentic experiences. This place is the flip side of the truth. There are always 2 sides to a story, and this place is what the Watchtower doesn't want us to know. Even if I became active again, I would still be here, to see both sides of the story.
