First of all, If I went back it would be for Me, not for them. Maybe I would go back, But I don't mind because many would go back also. But no way will a nuclear bomb kill 3 million people in LA. It would take a bomb of 1 Megaton. A suitcase bomb is 1 Kiloton. So the most a suitcase bomb could kill is a stadium full of people, about 50,000, not more.

Did you like Genesis?

were these groups also popular in the united states, or was it just england and canada?
when i used to go to the hall, i never listened to that kind of music because i felt it didn't match the religion i was in.

I understand what you mean. It's like talking to somebody who doesn't answer you. It can be frustrating, but some topics are more popular than others. Once I started a thread that no one answered. And sometimes 50 people will answer. Your not doing too bad on this one...

How much did you give to the WTS?
by freedom96 inthere is a lot of talk about the wts wealth, and even perhaps the idea that they are running out of money, hence the reduction at bethel.. i grew up a witness, so most of the time i really didn't have money to give.
i really preferred toys and things like that.
as i got older, and got a job as a teenager, then again, my money was spent on more expensive toys, and spending money hanging out with friends.. i got married young, and stayed active as a witness for about 4 more years.

What I gave to the watchtower, was a couple of cars to sell their books and magazines, throughout the years. I gave my time to them. By giving my time to them, I wasn't with my family. I gave them the first place in my life. Every decision I took was for the good of the Watchtower. Money wise, I didn't put much in the contribution boxes, because It cost a bundle just for cloths, and a 4 door car to please them. A person can spend thousands of dollars a year just to be a witness, and put nothing in the contribution boxes. It sounds cheap not to put money in the boxes, but money was put elsewhere just to follow them.
