Anybody remember Kix or was that just a local band?
I've Got the Itch
Blow My Fuse
Cold Shower
Now I've got to find all of my old Kix cassettes!
i don't know about ya'll, but i did not appreciate the 1980s enough.
i was too busy lamenting how different they were from the 1960s and 1970s to bask in and appreciate how wonderful they were.. this is 80s music, especially new wave music, and 80s fashion and culture appreciation thread.

Wing Commander, I also grew up in a south central PA circuit. And I know folks who have become Utz (am I right?) delivery men. It takes no skill, though the days are long. So sad for otherwise intelligent people.
I was in PA circuit #5. Maybe I know you...
Anyhow, my best friend growing up is living in a trailer. She was so smart. Her husband is a €ick, jw style. She pioneers and works part time. My other very good friend married a JW who was not so rabid. She works and they own a home, but they're still in. Neither have children, waiting for the New System, I guess.
Another friend I grew up with is still officially in, but basically has nothing to do with it, so faded, I guess.
I just feel like there was so much more they could've done with their lives.
yesterday, i got our credit card statement, and looked at the charges.
over $500 to itunes.
questioned everyone, and it's for "jewels" for a kim kardashian game my 13 year old charged.
If you keep your credit card number on file for easy checkout for online retailers, the number may have already been there on the computer.
Never do this! It is better to type in the card number every time.
Loved the fact that you unplugged her. We did this once for our son at age 12 because of a bad report card. The grades came up really quickly.
Also like the idea of the kid having to work off the debt for minimum wage. At $7.25 an hour it would take 69 hours to work off a $500 debt.
traverse city alyce morales' sobs hung in a benzie county courtroom as she told a judge that panic gripped her after she secretly gave birth to a daughter in a tent.. .
morales, 19, of cicero, illinois, said she felt sorry every day since july 22, 2013, for what happened next.
she closed her fist and struck herself before hitting her daughter, marie, with a blow that fractured the infant's skull.. "i was in a really bad situation.
Why would you name a baby and then kill it? Or vice versa.

Nice pink shirt! You weren't one of those guys who permed your hair, were you?

can't wait to read this book, by a canadian author.. .
.
I remember that song from the purple songbook.
"Let's watch how we walk and watch how we talk."
And I think the next part was, "That thus we may be alert and wise, buying out the opportune time since this world in Satan lies."
But I may have mixed them up.
Crazy what I remember from all of those years ago...
at the end of his final talk he said of the gb: they are telling the higher ups , "start getting ready we're not going to be around much longer!
" and we expect the angels to release the four winds any day now!
" my first thought was why are you building a corporate country club then?!
Not a bad person, just a tired and frustrated one.
all thanks must go to my anonymous source.. .

When I was a kid I liked, "Hey there all you thirsty ones, come and drink life's water free."
I remember asking my mom if we were going to sing the Water Free song again.
i've been drinking 1 tbs with a glass of water twice daily for digestion for about 3 weeks now.
i've found it helps, but it also acts as an appetite suppressant; i've lost several pounds since using it.
i'm consuming fewer calories because i'm just not as hungry as before.
Never thought about vinegar on popcorn, but it sure is good on french fries (chips to my UK friends)!
