Going Clear: Jehovah's Witnesses?

A film was already produced, nearly 30 years ago. It is called: "Witnesses of Jehovah" by Jeremiah Films.

I came across this gem back in 2005. I was floored. Mainly, because it packed all of the major flaws of that time (that are actually still relevant today) into an hour that felt like a one-two punch to the gut. I was actually physically ill after viewing it. To be smacked with so much information in one spot, in such a short period of time actually caused me illness. I showed it to my mother. She wished she had seen it in 1986, it might have helped her exit sooner. What is really interesting, is to watch this documentary today with the perspective of time passed. They talk about 1914 and how it has to change, just as previous doctrines before my time changed. That part is really gut-wrenching.

at around 42 minutes, a women find jehovahs witness, but her husband is not too hot on the idea and so she has to study with her children in secret.

however eventually the husband prays to jehovah that if jehovah will help him find a leak in a construction he is working on, he will go to a meeting and presto, the next day jehovah help him find the leak so now he is a witness..

Was his name by any chance, Andre? This crap is really something.....dumbed down, ignorant, foolish, CRAP. Who but simpletons would believe something like this? YHWH can't lift a finger to help save all the Christians being slaughtered by ISIS in the Middle East, but he can somehow help this clown find a leak in his construction job so that mean's JW are chosen by God Himself? Give me a break! This is delusional human arrogance and mental manipulation going on right here. Ugh!

was really weird.. the site looks clean, i miss the old site however.

so i finally read tony's life story and this one point really hit me where he was talking about his son's.

on page 7 he say's "because they made the truth their own, they make susan and me look good.

so those who children leave the "truth" look bad?.

Satan made Jehovah look bad by thinking for himself and rebelling with 1/3 of his angelic brothers. Eve made Jehovah look bad by disobeying and eating from the tree of good and bad, and then getting Adam to do so as well. Therefore, we ALL must DIE to pay for Satan and our ancestors (Whom we didn't know, never met, and had no control over) for making the Supreme Ruler of the Universe "look bad". God sounds like a real sport when you look at it that way. Why not just kill off the instigators right from the get-go and start over fresh with less critical thinking, and more obedient, minions?

^^^ Shouldn't this read, "..........they make Susan and I look good." ??? Sounds like improper grammar to me. Maybe I'm just an uneducated worldly mentally diseased apostate though. Not sure.

^^^^ This, right here, is probably the best description of this non-event that I've ever seen. EVER. Short, and to the point. I haven't been to one of these in 10 years now. I had gone to every one until the age of 21. No more. Sitting there, all dressed up, and for what? Do nothing? Partake in NOTHING? Maybe (if you are lucky) you get to "observe" one of the elite Congregation nutcases (AKA CatLady Pioneer or ancient confused Elder) proclaim to be one of the 144K and nibble a flat cracker and scarf down some wine. It's somber......it's boring, and I nor my family ever ONCE got asked out afterwards to dinner by anyone in the congregation. Not ONCE. I didn't even know that happened until after I got on here and read about it! Talk about feeling left out! I no longer feel Jesus meant for everyone to sit around and NOT partake of his sacrifice. What good does that do? Nothing. And this BS about how we in the "Great Crowd" benefit from our "association" with the Governing Body, and how they are the "Greater Moses" (see Reasoning book on 144k and mediator)??? What a crock of complete sh*t! That is pure bait and switch by the Governing Body OverLords right there. Those charlatans are sitting in the throne meant for Jesus, and proclaiming that only by going thru THEM can you be saved by Jesus' sacrifice. THEY are the Apostates!

here is the segment on the conti abuse case in california and jehovah's witness's response as reported on by the abcnews nightline broadcast which was shown early this morning.

it really displays some absolutely shocking behavior from not only her abuser and his (supportive) wife, but also the jw attorneys and elders via video.

i am just blown away by the audacity displayed by these monsters.. we can now understand why governing body member stephen lett slipped in his comments a couple of weeks ago about "untrue reports of child abuse" in one of his talks which can viewed on the cult's website.

It was pre-emptive damage control, to place the idea that "Satan" is using apostates to conjure up slander to discredit the JW religion.

I am so repulsed with this religion that I am nearly at a loss for words.

Please forward this story to any all JW's you may know, plaster it on Facebook and all social media to get the word out. There can be no simple denial of these abusive policies.
