Don't think the marriage is over yet but shes a hard core JW and will not even discuss stuff with me infact i will no longer even try it just makes matters worse. Thats why I'm looking for a good book on Cults and mind control so i can help my children first, then maybe she will come around.

when the info came out i thought 'this is crap' but i got married in 95 and we all know what happens when u get married. Looking back i wish i would of taken the info and the changes more seriously because after a few years of moving around my wife and i became weak and missed a lot of meetings. Perfect time to have quit, now my wife all fanantical.

what a Fu*%ing joke, i was having a better day about still being a JW and talked with an elder from my hall all morning about trying to compartmentalize every thing i know and my understanding of the bible and trying to keep everything in perspective since theres no perfect human religion. But this stuff is making it harder and harder to just wait on Jehovah!!!!!

I grew a goatee and always had a mustashe, went to meeting today first time in about 2 weeks do to sickness and avoidence and yeah the looks. what a joke, i read somewhere that its men of little faith that need rules, So True.

A Couple of thoughts on July WT

july 13 w.t my first reaction was amazement at how very muddled the whole thing was, i think if i had all those months to write articles since the noo lite was presented at the agm i could make a much better job of arguing the new ideas, and our very own sd7 could do even better !.
for instance, it is claimed in the chart, and the 2nd article i think, that the harvest began in 1914, by whom ?.

my question is it seems to me that the GB are stateing that the harvesting work are to gather together the anointed, if thats what there saying then doesnt rev chapter 14 clearly show there wrong? since the 144k are already gathered.

Need Help - Parent in ICU
by AudeSapere indf parent is in hospital icu and surgeon wants to give blood.
parent is df for almost 20 and firmly refused blood for personal reasons (spiritual).. .
my concern is that parent is taking strong stand based on outdated jw gb hlc guidelines.

Read Matt. chapter 12 then after go back and focus on verse 7 'I desire mercy not scrafice'. jwfacts.com also has a bunch of scriptures you can share showing that its not blood that was sacride (thats why they could eat roadkill animals unbled) but life itself. They were to bleed the animals they killed out of respect for the life they took.
