Maybe so many pioneers were pissed that other pioneers get to count time by merely working in the garden at the assembly hall that this cart program was to ease their completes. I have an assembly hall near me at its crazy how many elders and pioneers show up ever Monday cleaning day, and waste the whole day screwing around at the place. That's 10 hours a week with out having to talk to any body.

That's really sad and shows the witnesses don't give a damn about people outside of their church. What did Jesus teach have love for your neighbor.
