Stranger in my own house, Since my wife and i don't talk much anymore nor sleep in the same bed. i feel like a stranger.

Evaluate your choices carefully with out emotion if you can. What would be the best at getting most if not all of your family out. Go back to meeting and then once looking spiritual again teach your children from the bible the teachings of christ slowly showing your kids the hypocrisy of the borg. Or staying how it is and getting aggressive with teaching and showing your kids whats wrong with the borg, this will probably be much harder especially if they have friends in the hall and its thier whole social world. Plus they see it as pleasing god. Or option 3 leave your wife possibly take kids with you or atleast fight for joint custody.

Im in a similar situation and should have never left. I should of staid and then showed my kids through weekly family worship whats wrong with the Borg. I have since become an athiest and tipped to much of my opinion out there while talking with my oldest son, so i dont think i can go back. This religion become thier whole social and spiritual life and you are fighting against a whole machine with millions of people apart of it. So fighting it is a huge battle.

I personally see that in my case if could save my kids but loose my wife i would take that trade. Right now im loosing all my little battles. The kids see no down side in being in the cult and its thier social world for the most part so they dont want to leave it. You have to pick a plan and go with it long term and along the way maybe even change plans. Theres no easy way and no plan that works perfectly for everyone.

every flea market i go to a group of idiots sits under a tent top with a few mags on display with a cup of coffee playing on a phone with as much interest in pushing the cult as a teenage girl at the check out line has in bagging your groceries.

when i was in the cult we had to work for our time.

now its like sitting at the coffee shop bsing with the other cult idiots counting time for your pioneer status.

My wife does one of these ever year for a week. What a joke but thier there all together telling themselves thier doing gods work so it makes them feel good. It reminds me of people that would sell off all they had and become monks out in some remote dessert. What a waste of a life.

how many of you have left since 2015?.

this month will be my 21 years out of the org into the road of freedom.

Their s a youtube channel Mike and kim or kim and mike. Anyway they have started putting pins in a coffin lid to show all the ones that have left since November 2014. They have less then 3000 subscribers yet several hundred have contacted them. I believe all the internet activity among other things has really sped up the work, more are leaving then ever before.

jehovah`s witnesses place great emphasis on the importance of god`s name as jehovah .so much so that they are often accused by christendom`s religions as substituting jehovah for christ.. the old testament ( hebrew scriptures identify god as the tetragrammaton four hebrew consanants yhwh and not jhvh.

as mistakenly believed by a 13th century spanish monk .. modern scholars including the j.w.`s agree that the more accurate pronunciation of gods name would be more nearer to yahweh than the name jehovah .. so why do j.w.`s insist on the name ?

There are certain doctrines that are taught that make jws believe thier all that and a bag of chips. I once was talking about jehovah's name not being correct and an elder started to get all upset. Another time i brought out that going from door t door was not a command by Paul just a statement, again another elder started to get all defensive. Thier told certain things to make them believe they are the one and only and if someone brings it out that thier incorrect Watch Out. So yes the name Jehovah is big to JWs and it constitutes part of thier good news.

I started a topic stating i didnt believe in evelution and it was crap. I put up a pretty good fight so i thought and was even told so via pm. But in the end I lost the argument because i researched the topic and what others were saying. But loosing is ok because isnt that the piont have having an argument, so we can learn?

Building Work

has there been anything in writing sent out to the elders, co's re the stopping of the "ww building work yet?.

no one has mentioned anything at cong level but it has been mentioned about the bethelites being sent tot the field as of january - canadian bethel is being reduced by 40% and the ones remaining have been told they will have to do work themselves, i.e.

food and cleaning.... .

Im sure thw reductions will continue just the wont be so vocal about it. They told the rank and file about the bethel lay off saying they would be better used as pioneer's. I dont believe they said anything about biulding stoppage or the special pionees lay offs. They dont want the people knowing these details.

WT Society SEC Records : Hedge Funds, Cayman Islands, Financial Losses - Links

so my wife and i were curious so i researched some financial links and found records indicating that the wt society has been operating at a loss since the year 2012. as you read the links it shows a loss of 10 million $$$ in 2012, about 16 million $$$ in 2013, and a whopping loss of 56 million $$$ in 2014 - where the expenditures exceeded the revenues for each of those years in the amount i've mentioned.

also there is a link on this same website with the sec records indicating that the wt society and it's representatives funneled 40 million $$$$ into hedge funds in the cayman islands as early as 2007. if you look online on other sites you can see evidence that indicates the wt society attended hedge fund conferences to look into more shadiness in 2011 and isn't it curious that by 2012 the wt society started showing losses.

Thats a huge increase in cost from 2013 to 2014 especially when they already sold of a number of branches starting in 2008.

Most of this new expense must have been related to real estate.

this df persons walks up to the cood and says i would like to give you my reinstatement letter because i have been attending meetings here ,the cood says do not give me that letter i need to observe you first then you can rurn in letter i ask my friend is that something new?

the person only wants to return because they want to speak to there mother and father and siblings so thats the resl reason but now they have to sit and wait for this elder to observe them what hypocrites.
