In Germany, the Watchtower logo must be removed from all kingdom halls
by processor inaccording to german april issue of our kingdom ministry, the watchtower logo must be removed from all kingdom halls:.
it sais that the watchtower logo - a stylised watchtower or a watchtower with a bible - is used by the watchtower society.
thus, it should not be used by congregations or private persons, neither on kingdom halls, stationary or anything else.

God's Rule Book ....The org is setting the scene....
by tor1500 ini went to my midweek meeting this week.
very interesting....couple of things i noticed in the god's rule book, this week finishing up "the kingdom is born in heaven".
there was a footnote that read:for many years the watch tower was intended mainly for members of the little flock for their personal edification.

JW's and the forgotten Jesus
by LevelThePlayingField inso as i have been waking up more and more over the past 3 years...i keep telling myself i'm fully awake and then i wake up more, but that's a different thread.
but anyway, i've noticed a lot lately that the wt does not mention jesus or christ very much in their literature and neither to jw's in their conversations.
they mainly talk about jehovah.

Nice job doing the research. Freddy Franz was paranoid that if Jesus was given to much attention or whatever people would embrace the trinity. I also think there maybe some Masonic thoughts in the cult and top masons don't believe in Christ, early masons new Jesus was a created god.

Another Outright Lie Published 2/17 WT
by LostGeneration inthis info is from the article "who is leading god's people today" feb 17 study edition.. to help them disseminate bible truth in various languages, zion’s watch tower tract society was legally incorporated in 1884, with brother russell as president.
* he was an outstanding student of the bible, and he fearlessly exposed as false such doctrines as the trinity and the immortality of the soul.
he discerned that christ would return invisibly and that “the appointed times of the nations” would end in 1914.. pretty sickening article overall about how badass the gb is, though this little gem is printed as well, paragraph 12. the governing body is neither inspired nor infallible.

Really on the roof in white?
The second part about them being neither inspired etc., I remember them saying something similar in an older magazine and I think this is done to relieve them of responsibility when some one dies or ends up in prison do to thier stupid rules and teachings. Kinda like thier get out of jail card.

More speculation on Kingdom Hall closers and money grabbing?
by Crazyguy inthere continues to be more and more rumors of more halls being sold off some even taking the first offer.
the borg trying to get thier bond money back from the court in san diego asap and there's been elders meetings about this consolidation.
my questions is why after selling off all this real estate in new york for over a billion dollars are they still acting like thier broke?

My name, the new Kingdom Halls are commercial buildings disguised as a Kingdom Hall. After these are built and are no longer profitable to the Borg they can sell them for more profit then the older traditional KHs because they can be configured to fit several different commercial styles from a Star Bucks to a Mc Donald's to a dentists office etc.

How do you prove the watchtower organisation is not genuine using recent evidence?
by punkofnice inwhen i was a jobo, i would say that anything in jobo history, eg.
miracle wheat, beth sarim et al (old light), wasn't worth considering as evidence that the wbt$ was a weirdo cult.. i think that's probably the jobo mindset now.. what would you show them from very recent lies teachings to encourage them to consider the possibility the wbt$ is a scam?.

The overlapping gerneration teaching started in 1995 more recent in the November 2006 KM they stated that cows blood was ok to use if one needed a blood transfusion. That's as Fu$ked up or even more so then the 70s proclamation that getting a organs transplant would result in you taking on the personality traits of the person you got the organ from.

Why "God's Name" Doesn't Mean "J...

I know this is a little off subject but the name of god is all over in the Bible including on its cover. BibEl , DaniEl , BethEl, MichaEl etc. etc.
The name was thier all along but people said that was just a title until they found him and writings about him in the city of Ugarit in 1929 .

Maybe they leveraged thier New York real estate to gamble on Wall Street and lost. They are definitely acting as though they have debts to pay. Also the fact that both the US and London headquarters are changing makes me think they leveraged the London property too.
After the KH money grab and the New York sales they should be flush. But these current Kingdom Hall consolidations and that fact that thier not even being discreet about makes me think thier still in the hole.

i wanted this to be the truth.
i spent years as an apologist trying to reconcile everything.

For your wife's sake just fade away unless you think she'll join you after you pull the trigger. If she has friends or family in she probably won't. Just fade and in time they stop talking to you, if they don't bring up some about the ARC and they'll soon run every time they see you.

A stunning piece of LOGIC from the Apostle Paul
by nicolaou in1st corinthians 15 12-17. but if it is preached that christ has been raised from the dead, how can some of you say that there is no resurrection of the dead?
if there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even christ has been raised.
and if christ has not been raised, your faith is futile... .

There's just to many problems with the New Testament to take any of it seriously. I mean really all the people that believe in the Bible never really studied it or read it with a critical view. I mean go ask any pioneer or elder or CO about the two different stories of christs death and resurrection and they won't have a clue what your talking about. Ask them about the different stories again about his birth and child hood and again they won't have a clue that the gospels are different in the details.
Another word for faith should be ignorance because one you have knowledge you loose your faith!
