I think there is also a Scripture where a girl gets raped in a field and no one hears her crying out and that man is to be killed, no witnesses there. But if that Scripture says it's that way it contradicts other Scriptures but what's new.

I can confirm the truth to such a meet up but surprised at the size. Where I live one of the last members of the old writing department gets together with a small group of exbethlites and elders and their wives. Much smaller in scale. -

Need advice

i'm desperate.....short bio: i came into the organization after high school and shortly after married a wonderful girl who was born-in.we have been happily married now for nearly 20 years and things were well until 2015 hit.
by the way, i currently serve as an elder and have the ""privilege"" of being the "watchtower overseer".. either here nor there, we were told we would never have children but late last year my wife became prego!!

Just found out their about to baptise my 14 year old boy.

not sure what to do but would like your help on getting me wt information on my headship role and how they shouldn't be doing this with out my permission.
also would like some help on showing my son the ramifications on what happens to someone when they get baptized and how they'll expect him to treat me.

Thanks for the advise please keep it coming. My son is truly immature and I think he's doing this because of pressure wanting to fit in etc. I have shared with him some ttatt, shared with him information about the Bible and the God of the Bible to be nothing more then myth. He has even made comments that seamed to indicate that the info was sinking in to his head. But because he's so immature he doesn't get the ramifications of anything.
He thinks he can do things that are forbidden by the Borg and it's no big deal for example he wanted me to buy fireworks this past July. He truly just doesn't get it, and hes telling both sides things each side wants to hear. Also please stop telling me to man up. I'm trying to save my family here. I pretty sure the wife was told months ago by the elders to leave me because I was sharing ttatt with this son. They the congragation has ganged up on me to paint me the bad guy and give the family lots of love bombing. Lies have been told, presentations have been give on stage, possibly marking talk all to ruin me.
I sat my family down and spoke to them 2 years ago about why I was quitting but for most small kids it goes in and out their heads and who is going to have the better influence me or their mother. Its me against the whole Borg here. We all know what that is like, we all want to help each other out but in the end it's still just us individually against one of the biggest cults in the world.

I'm still married still live with my wife and kids. I stopped going a couple of years ago but she still does and is as delusional as it comes. Thier was a brother that started studying with two of my boys about the same time I was waking up. I didn't want to come off as a flaming apostate so I let things be and started planting seeds. Planting apparently isn't working, he tells me what I want to hear some times then goes off and is about to do this. I'm sure it pressure from the brothers especially the one studying. -

Oh and one last thing at this meeting I pretty much brought out that we had miss lead our neighbors with all the crap we used to say and then shared the Scripture in Proverbs where we are not supposed to make God out as a liar. I wished I would have video and audio taped that meeting.
