  i was 38 years in left 7 years i find myself still in the mindset sometimes maybe becouse wife and some family are still in but can you ever fully ''check out and leave"

  Juneteenth Celebration

  juneteenth, a portmanteau of the words june and nineteenth, is an african-american celebration that commemorates the date of june 19, 1865, when union general gordon granger notified the slaves on galveston island, texas that they were free, in fact, had been free since january 1, 1863.. there will be a gathering in the little park near my house on saturday, june 21. for the first time, i plan on participating.

  it will be a celebration of my own liberation from the chains of the wts.

  i just wanted to share.

  my youngest child has always been a very good girl at school.

  she has never been any trouble to any one caused any disruption etc.....just a good girl and she is progressing well.

  recently her form tutor retired and a new teacher arrived.

  Ok, I looked back through my topic history. This is what I found.
  
  Do you know of a couple in Utah with the names Terry and Blake?
  
  I believe Terry is the wife and Blake is the husband, but both of those names aren't really gender exclusive, but I am almost positive that Terry is my distant cousin. Both of them are XJW's and both are very vocal. Blake was also raised as a Mormon, so he was hit with a double whammy.
  
  This info was told to me in the course of a conversation about my JW upbringing to a close cousin of mine, and she relayed this info to me.
