Barbra although you don't know me. I have a lot of admiration for what you have done. Just think of how many countless young children that may of been saved from sexual abuse if it hadn't been for outspoken people like you. You stood up for what you believed in and were willing to take the consequences for it - despite how unpleasant these were. You certainly have got more courage than a person who chooses to to hide his identity because of not wanting to get DFed. God bless.

There is one thing I find quite heartwarming here. As much as the ex-JW community dislike the WT, at least they can put there differences aside and honour these 2 outstanding individuals. Good on you every every one, it goes to show that apostates have a heart. RIP

as i sit at the district convention i can't help but think who else out in the crowd is just like me.

Bu2b & xbehere you deserve a Nobel prize. I thought like you, but now I realize I just can't keep up the appearance. It's coming up to 2 months now since I have been to a meeting, and this will be the first month in my life that I haven't handed in a F/S report. I do find it stressfull but I think it best I do the fade now before I end up opening my mouth or doing something that will get me a JC.im trying to make the best of a trying a bad situation.what brought me to this point as I got sick of having no contact with people other than at the meetings. Sometimes I would go out on FS just so I could have social contact with others, even though I totally loathed witnessing. Desperate measures. Now I'm sort of contemplating how things will go in the world, how do I make friends.

though it still depresses me to think of all the young ones (including my own relatives) falling under the influence of this dangerous piece of propaganda, it's at least some small comfort that the sparlock video is backfiring so dramatically among thinking non-jws.. .

by Gojira_101 intoday i went on my instragram and realized that one of the jw "friends" i have on there didn't have any or her wt propaganda, and propaganda i mean pictures of her and all the children (under 10) she is studying with and helping to bring in the truth.
so i looked to see if she was still "following me" nope, so i looked to see if i was still "following her" nope, which means she blocked.
so then i go on to my jw facebook and she is no longer friends with me..... so now i know what you are thinking, she has blocked and unfrieded me because she saw my apostate video...or word finally reached her.....nope!

How successful we're quickly builds in your area
by joe134cd ini remember hearing about quickly builds how this was a sign of jehovah's spirit that the kh could be built in 3 days.
but what i am wondering is just how successful we're these builds.
i can think of a couple of halls that were built by the quickly built methods that i would suspect they would of lost money on.

One of which involved the hall been flattend to the ground and rebuilt again due to faulty workmanship, and another that came close to it. There are a couple more.

Yeah I'm just trying to get the dubbies to show enough love to go around and visit my sick grandmother, for any other purpose than recording FS hours. Her neighbours do more for her.
We had a family in the cong say they no longer wanted to attend the meetings because no one visited them. I don't really blame them.
I had to kick a brother out of my home that I was renting because of his abusive demeaning and threatening nature.
If I ever had a witness come for a visit it would give me such a fright I would have a heart attack. Sometimes I even felt hurt that I get left out of things. Now they don't have to bother cause I'm fading.
I don't think the watchtower has fully gasped this yet. But if they are wanting to grow the organisation this will not come from knocking on doors but will come from better care and retention of existing members. If a customer aint happy with the service they are getting they will look some where else.

Sloppy joe = I agree with you. I remember when they were building the assembly hall. I put my name down to help out, but was told by an elder that I didn't qualify as I didn't get the average hours of field service in. A few months later when they came to the realisation that this system was not getting the work done on time, they opened it up to publishers in good standing. So when they have to drop their righteous principles they will. This was some time ago.
