  The coming "disassociations"

  i have seen several threads about how the elders are going to be going around asking people if they still consider themselves to be jehovah's witnesses.

  this will undoubtedly result in multiple da announcements in the coming months.

  i'm curious how the average jw will perceive this and respond to it.

  Would some of us be better off as Witnesses?

  i have often wondered if many people would be better off if they stayed witnesses.

  some people i have known have really gone off the deep end after they left the watchtower.

  most all of my family have left now (not due to me as i was cut off from them for years) and many others i know who have left are now bitter atheists or have become pagans and worship stones or new ageers playing with crystals.

  Secondly: JW's do not make morals parents instill them

  My kids are very GOOD kids in fact they make me sick (LOL just kidding) but it wouldn't have been that way if we had stayed in the Dub's they hated it, the freedoms to do well in sports etc. and our love made them moral. I know plenty of witnesses that just hide their moral depravitites YUCK

  JWs just knocked on my door....

  ok so i'm on the phone talking to my friend, when i hear a knock so light i wasn't even sure if it was a knock.... (the doorbell, lighted, works just fine).. i open the door.

  two attractive young ladies in their early 20s are standing there, don't even make eye contact.

  one reaches into her bookbag and pulls out the lasts watchtower and asnake magazines and proceeds to ramble incoherently for the next 30 seconds.

By the way I'm welll...some say I'm 38(cough cough clearing my throat) But anyways I just finished my FIRST semester of college I made HONOR ROLL 3.5 not 4.0 but I got a wicked flu and missed like 4 weeks so I lost my A in one class But, I always felt so stupid in the DUB's they acted as if I were speaking in tongues now I know intelligence in a woman is not a good thing.

  I know that those girls with think and remember what you said because you weren't angry just factual. No one comes to witness even on my street anymore, everyone knows how they treated my hubby after his injury so they all TOLD THEM OFF LOL So we are a Dub free zone LOL

  i told my husband last week that i didn't plan on going to chats or forums.

  we've been trying very hard to stay on neutral ground.

  we began by just researching all the history of jws and turning to the publications published by the society, to either back the history we were reading, or to dispel it.

  We did the slow fade also, we have not been disfellowshippe (that we know of LOL) and have a tree which is really pretty in our window as I write this! We decorate the house also. If your husband is not wanting to be disfellowshipped that may change my hubby was just aghast at the thought now he doesn't care. My resentment is that once he found out how he had been dupped since a child he now no longer things God cares that he exists but is watching football or something This breaks my heart and really puts a strain on our marriage, see I loved him for his SPIRITUAL love that he had, he wouldn't hardly kiss me before we married. But they destroyed that with emotional abuse and neglect. That I will never forgive them for. But we are soooooo much happier now we argued after EVERY meeting for years it got so old but it was both of us not wanting to be there and not knowing what to do. Now we drive by and breathe a sigh of relief <free at last...thank god almighty..were free at last>

  Yes, we want an honest review. To those that want to I need your e-mail addresses and I will bulk mail it this afternoon. The first chapter is just 28 pages so I may send just it if it grabs you I'll send the other two how does that sound. This is copyrighted LOL But please do NOT post your reviews on the board Please e-mail your reviews to the e-mail address. I would really appreciate this I don't want a flame war going on there is my hubbies ego at stakeAnd no we are not looking for just pats on the back! But a real review of what you actually thought of it.

  We want your candid response to the novel, looking for an unbiased response. It has been edited but if you catch anything let us know, but I don't want you feeling that you have to work hard he wrote it for a fun read not to stress anyone. I will send the first chapter tomorrow if you would like more I will send two additional and when it is on the market I will let you know and we will offer those who want one a discount!   Saving for the future - The results

  an old jw freind from way back contacted me and asked to borrow a sizable amount of money to get out of deb.

  he realy sounded desperate and i offerd him an oppertunity to earn some money wich he gladly accepted.

  but what realy pisses me off is that as a jw's they don't save ( or study) for the future.

  As we all were. I think they will of course take the brothers side. My father in law screwed us royally in a financial situation and we were the baddiesLOLAs for your recourse you can sue his behind which might make them wake up and smell the coffee. It always irked me that everyone that begged got help but the real needy went hungry bawh bawh bawh. So if your leaving as for the money in a ceritified letter then sue if you do not get adequite payment arrangements!
