maybe it never happened to you, but for those that this happened, how do you react when a person seems to be doing on purpose to put you down for what you said or just say the opposite of what you're saying?

What could it be.....

one of the group had been doing blurbs of kingdom songs, i don't remember any songs, or any scriptures or hardly any names of the books, i don't remember quotes from the stage or comments made by others.

One of the group had been doing blurbs of Kingdom songs, I DON'T remember any songs, or any scriptures or hardly any names of the books, I don't remember quotes from the stage or comments made by others. I don't know if it is so painful that I block it all out or what. When I was growing up before the dub's I could still quote chapter and verse now I struggle with just the basic jest of the Bible.Have any of you ever felt this way? I feel like over 16 years of my life is mostly a fog, some things come through strong but thinking of the conventions all I can remember is vague images.
Maybe this is a good thing I don't know but I wanted to see what you all thought. I was so suprised last night when I saw the blurbs of songs being quoted and KNOWING I should know that song. I can remember lyrics to songs I've heard once 25 years ago. I have a great memory for music......errrr

My son is starting karate!!!

he is a very hyperactive and impulsive child (takes after his mom.

The marital arts can be wonderful for children, good self-discipline. Do know there are some schools that teach it wrong though. My brother was a kick-box Karate black belt he learned at school here in KC, he was very mean and injured quite a few people in his time in it (mainly bar fights). I just tell you this so you know that it can happen, if you see anything you don't like in your son's behavior after he is enrolled you can have a heads up and know that it's against the norm.
I had a fear of the martial arts growing up due to my brother The KC Sting <read KC ass****> but now I realize he was trained INCORRECTLY and should never have been allowed in the ring. The worst incident was on the day of his second marriage somehow road rage came into play<read my brother was probably drunk of his butt or something> anyways he got the man to pull over that had <gasp> flipped him off my brother broke every facial bone in the poor man's face!! Why he never served time I have no idea.
I just wanted you to have a rounded view of it, I think it will be good for your son and his active life

I'm so very depressed...
by Nickey inlately, i've been really depressed at missing out on my life.
from being pulled out of school in the 3rd grade to keep me away from the "worldly" kids.
i was basically isolated.

YOU ARE ONLY 22, go for it go to school, sing whatever you want to do. My children were raised in it also my son is joining the Marinesand my daughter is going to be a teacher but right now is raising her daughter and having a blast she is 20 and thinks she'll take eight years or so for her degree since she doesn't want to lose any time with Makayla (her lil girl). Honey, I'm 38 I have started to draw again (some are on my web page) I paint, I crochet, I write, I read and I AM BACK IN SCHOOL finally after all this time and going for my degree!!!! Most of these things I taught myself so you can do what you want to do the only limits are you.
SO GO FOR IT AND NEVER LOOK BACK
