Good brakes. Sounds faster than it looks. Cool. How much is a 275 GT, half a million?

Welcome Thaisun. I would love to hear more of your story. Have you considered writing a book? The organization in the sixties is such a mystery to me and to hear of you and your husbands recollections would be so enlightening. Please continue to post. Thank You, Carlton

Uncle Earnest from eastern Kentucky (USA) died last year at 103. He was very active on his farm up to the last month of his life which he spent in a nursing home (which he hated). Grandma was 97 from Evansville, Indiana (USA).

In 1972 my brother asked who the leader of the WT was. I answered, Jesus. He thought I was being misled. I should have listened to him. It took 20 more years.

Great analysis, Drew. Very conservative to say the least. Along with this comes the compounding guilt one carried around for never meeting these requirements.

Re the "porn problem" elder.
by hamsterbait in.
they say if you are caught viewing porn etc.. will they insist on the two witless rule here, or will just one person saying they saw so and so looking at porn be accepted.. i suspect they will not, as most people in the world will not view most pornography as morally repellent, and so it might not bring shame on the fds.. hypocrites.. hb

I cannot believe that because I had two cases of brew in there, on top of all my "doubting questions". Hey Papajohn sit back with a brew and be glad. You are not alone and have family here. I had doubting questions and beer all my time in the truth (except 18 months to see if I could go without it). I always have Avery India Pale Ale and am a hophead. Any doubts about leavin' check out the books offered here if you haven't already. Live.

Sing to Jehovah song. In the eighties I combined the KM melodies tape of that song with the Moody Blues intro to "The Voice" from "Long Distance Voyager". I thought it was so cool. Ican't stand it when one of their hooks gets into me for the day.

Overheard at the Book Study
by under_believer inhere are a few comments that i overheard at this week's book study (of the third chapter of the bible teach book), and the thoughts i had after hearing them: .
conductor: "as food shortages become more and more common as the time of the end advances, they will make excellent field service points since they were predicted by the bible.

Does your personal vehicle reflect your personality?
by Gregor inthere is a clever volkswagen tv ad currently running in the u s that depicts various types of people driving cars that reflect their personality, like older males driving sleek sports cars to compensate for their "shortcomings" or a younger man driving an expensive european sedan as he pronounces with a bullhorn "because my father never hugged me!
or another who says "because i make more money than you!
have any of you ever gotten your self image tangled up with a vehicle?

I hope not. I drive a blown and nitrous injected Harley, a GMC Sierra Z71 gas hog, and a 469 hp Cadillac STS-V. I also own oil and oil service stock. The truck will almost fit over a Prius, (puke). I want to drill in Anwar, Cuba, Colorado and allow a refinery in my back yard. CO2 is my favorite gas.
