MILITARY DRAFT COMING BACK IN 2005 - STOP BUSH NOW

for those of you that have not heard yet there are two bills pending in congress to bring back the military draft for all 18 - 26 year olds.

for the website see www.congress.org/congressorg/issues/alert/?alertid=583400/&content_dir=ua_congressorg .twin bills s 89 and hr 163 are now being quitely pushed through so that it could become law as early as spring 2005. the bush administrations illegal and unconstitutional war in iraq has cost hundreds of billions of dollars and hundreds of american lives and they mean to keep our troops their indefinitely in the foreseeable future.

stop this madness now before it is too late.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the armed forces are begging for the draft to stay dead. Why would a wartime president alienate one of his key voting blocs by bringing back the draft?

BTW, everybody who's saying "Bring back the draft" in the circles I hang around, they're all liberal. Only conservatives in my circles don't want the draft to be brought back. It weakens the army by brining in turtledoves (Those that would rather go into their shell and hope the enemy doesn't attack them than fight.) on the front line.

driver steve tether received a parking ticket after workmen painted yellow lines under his car.. the men bounced his nissan micra away from the kerb, put down the markings and then bounced it back into position.. mr tether was then stunned to come back to his car in hull and find a 30 fixed penalty ticket on it.. staff at a nearby factory who had seen what happened came out to tell him and mr tether complained to hull city council, which cancelled the ticket..

A Real Education versus Most Complicated Watchtower Study

i wonder looking back, here we were sitting through all those meetings week in week out, month in month out year in year out like some ruddy prison sentence, and we had to put up with listening to the most convoluted and elongated dribble / drivel possible, and some of those watchtowers and books in the 70's i recall as a child were dreadfully complicated, the parents running it past us over and over and over and over and over til we finally got the point and could explain it backwards, which perhaps might even have made more sense.. but there were a few articles which stand out as being particularly weird thinking, yes, even amongst the rest of the absurdities even, can anyone here recall any, those outstanding achievements in most complicated watchtower studies or book study chapters?.

the comparison then with my school mates getting a completely unbiased education, a real education whilst we / i had to put up with that bollocks makes my blood boil.

Example, a real education teaches you that a group of former whackjob Adventists who bearly know Greek and Hebrew and discount the past 2000 years of church history could never call themselves religious experts.

A JW education teaches you that they are the only experts.

Yeah, like he exposed that bank in Colorado that waived the Brady law. It was then later found out that the bank had a 3 week waiting period, more than 3 times the length of the Brady law.

Again, Micheal Moore is the left wing videographic equal to Micheal Savage. Except Savage is better looking, and that ain't sayin much for Moore.

And how was the country screwed with Bush? There was an increase of 1.3 million jobs in the past 2 years under his watch, there have been no terrorist attacks since 9/11, when he took care of the terrorists on their grounds as enemy combatants instead of treating them like common criminals, and we've pretty much lead to the demise of an enemy bloc, all within 2 years.

And BTW, cheating on your wife is no big deal, even if you're president. Hell, if it was just about sex, I would have also been pissed off about how they treated Clintoon. But he lied under oath about rape, which is a felony, and a damn serious one too.

If a poor black man was caught lying under oath about rape, he'd get 1-3 years. But the first "Black" president was only given the admiration of the American left. No wonder why America's moved to the right.

And as for wanting slick Willy back? Only if his running mate was Ronald Reagan and he agreed to resign. Ronald Reagan in his alzheimer's-riddled brain could do a better job than Clintoon. The guy only slick-talked his way into 2 terms, and left his successor (Which would have been Gore too.) with the job refilling the strategic oil reserves (Thereby leading to the increase of gas prices we have right now.) of cleaning up after Al Queida, Saddam and the then rotting economy. Thank god we have Bush. Granted, he's not the most fiscally responsable president we've had in years, but think of the alternative. Al Gore would have been the second coming of Jimmy Carter. And John Kerry is everything Clintoon is, only he couldn't talk his way out of a paper bag. He's screwed vs Bush in the debates, stuttering and all.
