  My wife can and does, (I.M.O) and much better than me. (As I have not been raised and fed in the JW trough and she was) She is a much better example of a good human being than I am. I learn a lot from her every day. She worries about herself and lets the world save itself. (As she should) She creates her happiness and ours, and she lets others do the same. She's a good example for living a good life. I'm glad she lets me be part of it.

  Can a JW experience the Spirit of Christmas? Well, the Grinch did and I think that there is hope for everyone.

  These guys were uninvited. If they show up at my doorstep they will not have an opportunity to speak period. They had best leave as fast as possible. I have no corrals about putting my foot right in their asses! Or matching aggression as is required. If I am harrassed I plan to serve those who harrass me on Sunday morning. That is serve them with papers.

  I hope that your angest is at tweetle dumb and tweetle dumer and not at your husband. That is a bad position to be in. No matter what you say it's not good. If he says yes, he speaks for you. If he says no, he speaks for you. If he says ask her, he invites them to return.I.M.O. (and experience) My way is easier.

  Drug use among Jehovah's witness's?

  my kids have sense we all quit, i never thought they would, i tried so hard to show them they don't need to but shit happen's.

  i have also noticed tht a lot of the disfellowshiped ones not all but a lot, have started smoking weed, and seem very easy with the idea, anyone else?

  I have never known a illegal drug using witness. I'm sure there are but I have never known one. (HEY a positive)

  I have known some with drinking problems and almost every male is abusive.

  After leaving...I know of many who get into drugs, smoking, drinking, permiscuous sex, and the sex trade. They spent most of their lives being told that is what the outside world is. So...That is where they go. I cringe at how young girls just sell themselves short, they just give themselves away. It truly breaks my heart. I praise those kids who make it through.

  just bumped into my father & mother in-law, cool as cucumbers they ask if i'm screwing around behind their daughter's back (we've been apart 8 months), yes i am says me, i we go our seperate ways!!.

  my mom had an accident about two weeks ago, fortunately she is ok. im living in my parents house now after my husband (yet again) threatened to "beat the crap out of me"---that story in another post some other time.

  needless to say, ever since she got out of the hospital the phone rings about 50 times a day, mostly calls from the "hermanos.

  " today a couple that i have known for about 15 years comes to visit, and their "discomfort" with my presence (i am da) is quite noticeable.

  there have been many postings regarding the possible war with iraq.

  there are many strong apposing views, as to be expected.. i personally am going to thank all those who are in the military; my hat is off to you, and i respect what you do, and i am very thankful.

  you are the ones that must go out there and defend our freedoms.. i don't think most people desire war, but sometimes there seems to be little choice.
